The only ones who can actually own soil and have jurisdiction over it are living men and women.  Not corporations. 

The only ones who can own land and have jurisdiction over it are Lawful Persons, owned and controlled by the living people. Not Corporations. 

Some persons and institutions have forgotten these facts of Law and need to be reminded— forcefully. 

Various corporations have stepped forward with criminal fraud schemes that have allowed them to claim that they "represent" us and that via purported claims of foreign citizenship on our parts, our land and soil assets are under their care—- all without the nicety of telling us and without proving that we accepted any such citizenship obligations knowingly and voluntarily. 

The Corporations that acted in Gross Breach of Trust and illegally latched upon our land and soil assets still don't have standing to actually own any land or soil in this country. 

Those of us, over 35,000 American State Nationals and over 2,000 State Citizens, have formally in writing asserted our natural born political status and expatriated from any presumed foreign citizenships. 

Some people, inured to the foreign concept of the British Territorial "democracy" think that this small number of people reclaiming this favored status is not important for lack of numbers— but this is not a matter dependent on numbers. 

This is a matter of inheritance.  

And whether there are two heirs or a hundred million is immaterial. 

We are still the heirs, still populating our counties and our States, still owed back our public and private assets without exception. 

Other nations that also live here deserve recognition of their soil claims, too, and that's just fine with us.  We are all living men and women.  Not corporations.  Not franchises.  Not "citizens" belonging to any commercial or municipal corporation. 

My name has been formally expatriated from all forms of Federal Dual citizenship for over a decade, established on the public records of many States and institutions.  

The Expatriation Act of 1868 guarantees my right to put an end to all presumptions of foreign citizenship and to retain my character as an American State National, which I have done. 

I have also accepted all gifts with no strings attached and waived all benefits of foreign citizenship.  My husband was on record in the same way and proud that Washington, where he was born, finally became a State of the Union on October 1st 2020. 

The living people of this country are the only ones who can be the actual owners of the soil and their Lawful Persons are the only ones who can own the land underlying the soil. 

There is no position for any foreign corporations merely claiming to represent us.  We are the heirs and only living men and women can be the inheritors of the land and soil. 

So the ownership of the physical assets of this country is not dependent on numbers or majorities.  It is a matter of who and what you are—- a living heir or a foreign corporation franchisee "residing" here under the terms of the Residence Act. 

The recognition that I and thousands of other Americans are owed from our Territorial Employees is not only recognition of our identity and our expatriation back to our birthright political status, but their own responsibility to manage their own subcontractors so that Municipal Government Employees working for the Territorial Government also know and respect our non-citizen political status and respect our ownership of the land and soil that belongs to us. 

The Territorial Government and its Officers like Mr. Governor Michael Dunleavy in Alaska and Greg Abbot in Texas are under contract —The Constitution of the United States of America, Article IV, —to protect us and our "persons".  

They cannot claim to fulfill their own contract to protect us and our persons while hiring Municipal Government employees and misdirecting them to attack us and make False Claims to the effect that we are "renters" on land we own as a birthright. 

These "cozy" arrangements between the colluding Territorial commercial corporations and Municipal corporations have allowed illegal confiscation of private property, racketeering, False Claims of indebtedness on our parts, and misrepresentation of service fees and undisclosed licensing of intellectual property interests as "taxes". 

It should be apparent to anyone that the British Territorial commercial corporations have no ability to "tax" anyone and that foreign Municipal corporations like the MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH, INC. never had any ability to "tax" anyone, either. 

Misrepresenting service fees and intellectual property licenses as "taxes" is fraud.  So is pretending that I or any other expatriated non-citizen American owes any of these foreign corporations anything.  They owe me vast amounts of money and the return of my assets that they have "presumed" to latch onto while claiming to "represent" me.  

The idea that people have that I or any other American didn't pay "our" taxes is wrong on so many levels it is unimaginable that anyone would even make the claim. 

1.  These corporations have inserted themselves as "my" property managers without my knowledge or permission and alleged the existence of two foreign public trust interests in my land and soil based on this "service" that I didn't ask for or contract with them to receive and don't need; 
2. These foreign corporations have alleged that I am a foreigner in my own country, acting as both a British Territorial U.S. Citizen and a Municipal citizen of the United States;
3. These foreign corporations owe me trillions of dollars and I have a bond at the U.S. Treasury to not only prove it, but standing as payment available to them for any valid debt I or any other American could owe them;
4. Because they owe me such a lot of money it's my call to extend them more credit or demand a debt swap—- any fees I might owe them for their services should be offset against what they already owe me— no questions asked; 
5.  Having expatriated from any presumption of British Territorial U.S. Citizenship automatically precludes that any valid Municipal citizenship could attach to me, as the Municipal "PERSON" is based on the existence of a British Territorial Person - a U.S. Citizen operating under my Given Name;
6. Once I have stated in writing (as I have many times) that I do not accept and specifically expatriate under the Expatriation Act of 1868 from any British Territorial U.S. or United States Citizenship thought to exist, there is no such British Territorial Person and no missing Seaman's Estate for the Municipal Corporation vendors to address, latch onto, or use as a basis to create any Roman Inferior Municipal ESTATE or assert the existence of any Municipal "citizen of the United States" named after me. 

— Or any other American retaining their birthright estate and operating their own customary and traditional government. 

NOTICE TO PRINCIPALS IS NOTICE TO AGENTS; NOTICE TO AGENTS IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPALS.

Take a look at the Birth Certificate issued in your NAME.  
What's the first thing you notice?  
It's on funny paper: hard surfaced, durable, heavy paper called "bond paper".  This is your first clue that your estate has been seized upon and that bonds--- that is, promissory notes---  have been issued against your name. 
The next thing that will probably catch your eye is that there are all sorts of seals and blazons and watermarks on this piece of paper.  It carries all sorts of emblems from a "State of State" organization, depending on where and when you were born.  
We know from our study of the history that these organizations are all foreign with respect to us, as our own American State of State organizations have been moth-balled since the Civil War. 
Look at the BC issued in your name.  It will show either a Territorial State of State with its name written in Upper and Lower Case like this: State of Washington, or a Municipal STATE OF STATE written in All Capitals like this: STATE OF IOWA.  
All these seals and watermarks and other gee-gaws serve to identify the "Issuer" of the Birth Certificate, which is the foreign State of State Organization, not you.  They are identifying your NAME as property belonging to them, which they are issuing bonds against.  
The next thing you will most likely notice is that your name is spelled out in All Capital Letters, and that, most likely, other words appear in All Capital Letters.  
According to the Bar Association Manual and the Government Printing Office and Federal Bureau of Engraving and Black's Law Dictionary and the Chicago Manuel of Style, the only things that can be named using All Capital Letters are: (1) Corporations or (2) Dead men's estates.  
The All Capitals names are a form of Latin called "Dog Latin".  
So, look at your name as it appears in All Capitals on that Birth Certificate.  
Are they issuing bonds against a Dead Man's Estate?  Or against a corporation? 
If your name appears like this: JOHN ALLEN DOE, the bonds have been issued against your ESTATE on the presumption that you donated it to the State of State or STATE OF STATE Organization.  
If your name appears like this: JOHN A. DOE, the bonds have been issued against a PUBLIC TRANSMITTING UTILITY franchise on the presumption that you donated that to the State of State or STATE OF STATE Organization. 
In either case, obviously, so far as you know you didn't donate anything to any of these yahoos and you are not aware of having given them permission to bond your estate or any public transmitting utility, either.  It all sounds bizzare, doesn't it?   
But there is the evidence in your hand.  
Now, who is the Birth Certificate Bond signed by?  The Registrar.  The Registrar is an Officer of the Probate Court.  The appearance of their signature on "your" Birth Certificate is absolute proof that your property --- whether your ESTATE or your PUBLIC TRANSMITTING UTILITY --- has been probated and seized upon as property belonging to the State of State or STATE OF STATE that issued the Birth Certificate. 
Now look at the dates on the face of the Birth Certificate.  You will see your actual birthday and also a file date ---- the "birthdate".   These refer to the actual event of your birth, and then, some days or weeks later, the "filing" of the paperwork to either (1) pronounce "you" dead and create your ESTATE; or (2) to create "your" PUBLIC TRANSMITTING UTILITY.  
Either way, you arrived first and have first right of recall and ownership, known as a reversionary trust interest in your own Good Name and assets.  
After all, you are being misrepresented as the "donor" of all these assets and the State of State is claiming to be the beneficiary of your largesse.   Having discovered this "mistake" made by your Mother when you were just a baby in your cradle, you have a right to come forward and correct it upon discovery. 
What else does the Birth Certificate represent?  
It is evidence of crime against you and fraud and non-disclosure against your mother.  
It is evidence of attempting to contract with and establish "unconscionable contract" with an infant.  
An "unconscionable contract" is a contract that you literally are not aware of.  And how could a little baby be aware of a contract made "for" him when he was only a few days old, by a new Mother who was never given full disclosure about those papers she was signing at the hospital?  She couldn't explain to you what she was never given to understand herself, could she? 
The BC is potent evidence of crime.  
Now, what are you going to do with it / about it?  
The first thing you are going to do is secure two Witness Testimonies from people who have "reasonable first hand knowledge" of you and your family, who can affirm that you are "the" living man or woman whose birth occurred at such and such a time and place and to your parents, etc.  
This establishes the fact that you are the presumed "Donor" of the property referenced by the BC and also establishes your standing to sue these criminals. 
Next, if you follow our advice, you will complete the paperwork to return your Trade Name (also known as your Good Name and Given Name -- "John Allen Doe" in Upper and Lower Case) to the land and soil jurisdiction of your birth State.   
This process explicitly demonstrates--- and recording of the action proves--- that you, the presumed Donor, are acting as a Lawful Person, not a Legal Person. 
This puts you outside their jurisdiction, so they can no longer "presume" anything about you.  
Next, having secured your Trade Name and having permanently domiciled it on the land and soil jurisdiction State, you will Expatriate from any presumed political status as a Territorial Citizen (like someone born in Puerto Rico) or Municipal CITIZEN (created in the Municipality of Washington, DC, for example). 
And you will revoke all Prior Powers of Attorney and name your Lawful Person  ---John Allen Doe, in this example--- as the only Attorney-in-Fact authorized to do business for you and your estate.  
Finally, you will seize upon all the other Assumed Names and NAMES that are or could be associated with you in any regard, and all their variations and permutations and orderings and styles, and you will use a recorded Certificate of Assumed Name(s) to claim them and permanently domicile all of them on the land and soil of your State of the Union, too. 
This last is a process like re-flagging a ship.  Instead of "sailing" under the auspices of the British Territorial Government or the Municipal Government of Washington, DC, you are now demonstrably sailing under the auspices of Maine or California or whatever other actual land and soil jurisdiction State.  
This also puts your Good Name and all the "derivative" NAMES under the Pubic Law, so that you are no longer subject to the codes and statutory laws and "public policies" of the foreign State of State or STATE OF STATE Organizations.  
In sum total, at the end of this process, you have: (1) damning conclusive evidence of their wrong-doing against a baby; (2) proof of your ownership of your name and your standing; (3) proof of your political status; (4) proof that you are the only authorized Power of Attorney; (5) proof that any "vessels" related to you stand under the Public Law and are not subject to any presumption or interpretation otherwise.  
You still have to learn how to use these documents in your defense and be able to describe this whole circumstance, but taken together they form a competent rebuttal and evidence trail removing you from any "US citizenship" status, and returning you to your rightful status as an American State National. 
And again --- why is all this necessary?   Because your identity has been stolen.   The Birth Certificate you hold in your hand is irrefutable evidence of the facts. 
You were deliberately misidentified as a baby as either a "United States Citizen" [Territorial] or "Citizen of the United States" [Municipal] and unless you rebut the evidence, you will be claimed as chattel belonging as a property asset to one of these foreign commercial crime syndicates. 
For additional insight, I recommend the YouTube videos of Jordan Maxwell and any and all lectures regarding the "Justinian Deception" --- the use of Dog Latin--- by Romley Stewart.  
Time is of the essence and numbers count, as these crime syndicates know that they have been discovered and that their system has been deconstructed, so that they either make amends or are destroyed by liquidation or worse.

As of this past Monday, our Land Recording System (LRS) is live! 

That's about the most exciting and factual news I've heard in a long time.  

Because it actually impacts us and others around the world in a practical and good way, it's far more important than anything being reported by the Mainstream Media----even though some of you may be saying, "So what?" 

This week, our State Coordinators and Recording Secretaries began learning how to record documents using the new LRS.  As a result, you will be able to record your possession of your most precious private assets --- your Good Name, your DNA, your Declaration of Political Status, your children, your homestead claims, your land patents, your car, your business --- all your private assets, which until now, have been "mistaken" as public trust assets.   

You won't have to go through a difficult gauntlet of arguments with State of State Recording Offices or struggle to explain your political status to foreigners.  You won't have to pay exorbitant recording costs.  

No more arguing with patrolmen on the side of the road, because the Land Recording System coupled with State Assembly membership allows you to secure your State Credentials --- affirmative photo identification to replace Driver Licenses and put an end to inappropriate legal presumptions. 

Now that the importance of the Land Recording System is dawning on everyone, step back and take a moment to appreciate how many years Americans have had to suffer and struggle for lack of this service?  And, indeed, how long people throughout the world have suffered for lack of any official means to record their political status and actual identity?  

Picture me and so many others plodding to the various recording offices maintained for international purposes by the State of State organizations, paying through the nose for paperwork processes that were more or less effective, sorting through the welter of jurisdictions, and more often than not, being attacked and questioned at every step.  

Say good-bye to all of that.  We have stream-lined the process for everyone and miraculously, got it down to something simple and effective.  

You will need a birth certificate or other record confirming where you were born, two Witness Testimony forms from people who can identify you as the man or woman whose birth event is referenced by the Birth Certificate or other official record (such as Naturalization records), and a one-page Declaration of your political status.  Four pieces of paper.  Record them with your State Coordinator or State Recording Secretary.   

Welcome home! 

All the work that was done prior to this using foreign recording offices is still valid, but imagine how much easier this will be?  

This opens the door wider and makes it easier for millions of Americans to come home to the land and soil jurisdiction where they belong, to reclaim the constitutional guarantees they are owed, and to enjoy the freedom they have earned. 

It also makes our birthright political status easier for people to understand.  It's one thing to talk and explain, and another to show someone a State Credential card backed by actual State Assembly organizations and historical authorities.  

This is being made possible by a dedicated group of volunteers who have stepped forward at this critical moment in history to assist other Americans and help them make the journey home.  Thank and bless them every time you have a chance.

Even if you are not an American, thank and bless them, because this is good news for you, too. 

The concept that we have been legally high-jacked and human trafficked away from our natural political status almost at birth is finally coming home to millions of people around the world who have suffered the same fate.  

Because Land Recording is an international service, our LRS can be used by people in England and Australia, India, Canada and elsewhere around the world, to record their claims upon their Good Names, their DNA, their political status, their land, and their homes, and their businesses and children, too. 

At a time when many Land Recording Offices have been closed by the perpetrators in an effort to keep people permanently "lost at sea", the American Land Recording Office has booted back up with a vengeance.  

Soon our system will be teaching recorders from throughout the English-speaking world to use the LRS, and as the land jurisdiction government is restored from Beirut to Bangkok, from Mayfair to Muskogee, people will be able to secure appropriate credentials for themselves and be able to reclaim their private assets and assert their constitutional guarantees like never before. 

Remember always that men and women are land assets.  "From dust thou art and to dust returneth" --- our bodies and everything associated with them, exist naturally under the Law of the Land, not the Law of the Sea.  

Remember that It is up to you to declare your identity, your political status, your nature, and the law that you stand under.  It's your responsibility to run your own government and to chastise and direct your own public employees.  

The Land Recording System is one giant leap forward not only for America and Americans, but for people everywhere.  Take a moment this Sunday to realize the blessing this represents, bow your heads and give thanks for the truth and the greater glory of Nature's God, for your countrymen, your neighbors, your family, and your friends.

THEY Are Bankrupt
I keep saying this, but somehow it isn't soaking in. Both the Municipal United States and the
Territorial United States are bankrupt.
Your land and assets, your labor, your Good Names and Estates, are being offered by THEM as
surety to pay their debts.
If you don't get a move on and reclaim your assets from the bankruptcy Slush Pile, you will (a) lose
everything to foreign creditors or (b) be held as an indentured slave to work off the debt owed to
foreign creditors or (c) be disposable property owned by foreign creditors of the Territorial and
Municipal United States Governments.
Now, in fact, you are actually among their Priority Creditors, the people first on the list to be paid and to receive back assets that these hucksters seized upon. But since you were never told that they seized upon your assets or that they misrepresented you as a "ward of the state" and you don't know that your assets are supposedly standing good for their debts, you are just drifting along in La-La-Land thinking that everything is fine.

The Fourth Maxim of Commercial Law is crucial.  It establishes the Due Process of Commercial Law by demanding that someone stick their neck out and declare their responsibility for telling the truth to the court by providing an affidavit. 


TRUTH IS EXPRESSED IN THE FORM OF AN AFFIDAVIT. (Lev. 5:4-5; Lev. 6:3-5; Lev. 19:11-13: Num. 30:2; Mat. 5:33; James 5: 12). 

I have not had much respect for Commercial Law and haven't studied it a whole lot, mostly because I noted years ago that it was broken.  It doesn't work the way it should. Specifically, affidavits don't work.  The courts ignore them. 

Now, almost by accident, I know why and it is so simple, it's stupid. 

First, via the "US Citizen" political status fraud, the vermin re-defined us as "decedents" --- that is, people who willingly declined their birthright estate.  Next, they "enfranchised" us --- created multiple business entities and public trusts and public utilities named after us -- all that remained  on the public record were incorporated entities: JOHN DOE, JOHN M. DOE, and JOHN MARK DOE, and it was these incorporated entities that the courts addressed.  

And the "Rest of the Story is......."  ---- incorporated entities can't create affidavits.
They have no ability to take Oaths, swear to anything, or provide any testimony. 

So by enfranchising us, the demons both subjected us to commercial law and rendered us helpless under it.

And he is absolutely correct! 

This, at last, is why there has been no remedy and no hearing for the victims of this fraud scheme. 

Commercial law can't work without an affidavit, and incorporated entities --- public trusts and public transmitting utilities --- can't issue affidavits. End of story. 

We were totally boxed in, so that the judge couldn't even hear us. 
Literally. 
We had no recourse, and only the "appearance" of justice.  They let us talk and run the meter, charged us for their "service"---and left us without any possible relief. 

The Bar Association Members --- British Merchant Marine Shipping Clerks -- colluded with the politicians and the banks to set up the Perfect Crime, an ultimate Identity Theft Scheme that rendered the victims voiceless and helpless and without recourse.  

It's almost funny when you finally see it--- a real guffaw-worthy sleight of hand, something so preposterous, so obvious, and yet --- unless you had cause to think about both the identity theft and this particular bit of commercial law, you'd never put it together. 

So, everyone ever issued a BIRTH CERTIFICATE has been trafficked, impersonated, and defrauded.

Every such PERSON ever addressed by one of these COURTS has suffered barratry and been subjected to a foreign jurisdiction and form of law, within which they were specifically disabled and unable to defend themselves. 

No more filthy, repugnant, criminal scheme, nothing more unjust, despicable, cynical ---- and in the end, cowardly, can be imagined.  They attacked little babies in their cradles and used a petty, pathetic scheme like this to steal them blind and enslave them for life. 

Even I am stunned. 

But there it is, and there you have it.  

We have come full circle at last.  

In the end, this is all that anyone needs to know -- what they did and how they did it.
 That, and the realization of how many million--- nay, billions--- of innocent people have suffered because of it.

Hello, America?  I love you all!  --- But really, this is too droll!

Surely, you realize that the entire concept of a "state" or a "nation" exists only in your head?  That the reality of any such political entity or subdivision or kingdom or country is a legal FICTION? 

Surely, you have seen the names and borders of countries shift and change even in your own lifetimes?  Where is "Burma" now?  What happened to "Yugoslavia"?

My sides ache.  My mouth is dry from gasping.

Lord, Lord.....

Yes, it's true.  There are no states, no provinces, no kingdoms. 

And that is why the actual basis of "States" in this country have been summoned to assemble: people.

People create States.  People are states.

If anyone ever challenges you to show them where you own any sovereign piece of land, dig a hole at least six inches deep in the ground, stand in it, and pound on your chest.  Take a photo.

It really is as simple as that.

The United States of America (Unincorporated) is an organization of what?  People. 

It is a business structure, an unincorporated Holding Company.  And what's that?  It's people organized to do a job, fulfill a function, for still other people who are organized as what?  State and County Jural Assemblies.

Lions and tigers and bears!  Who knew?

Yes, this is why it is so absolutely and urgently NECESSARY and important that you all heed the call and "return home" to the land and soil jurisdiction of your States of the Union (get your political status records corrected) and join your State Jural Assembly----because you are your States. 

Your Jural Assemblies are what create and maintain and give life and breath and authority to your Counties and your States. 

If you don't make the commitment to live on your soil and land, then it stands vacant. 

If you don't make the commitment to occupy the Public Offices of your Counties and States, then foreign corporate employees will be happy to do this "for" you, and claim that you are "absent". 

Which then ALLOWS them to do whatever THEY please with YOUR assets.

Honest to God, this entire country has been bamboozled and our people have been reduced to walking, talking zombies, still more than half asleep--despite me and many, many others banging a gong as loud as we can.

Re-convey your Trade Name to the land and soil of your State.  Seize upon your Assumed Names/NAMES.  The forms you need are already on my website: www.annavonreitz.com, Article 928, Editable documents. 

And then, join your State Jural Assembly.  Go to www.national-assembly.net and connect. 

You are the sovereigns of this land.  Nobody else on Earth is.  It's up to you to breathe life and meaning into your States of the Union---and if you don't do it, nobody else can. 

The United States of America (Unincorporated) is still alive and still standing in the doorway like a lion---the lawful government of this country with all four paws on the floor.  But you have to answer her call.  You have to re-boot your States and your States have to re-boot your National States of States.

One Page Declaration — The 1779 Naturalization Act

In July of 1779 the Founders faced a problem: how to identify Americans versus Brits and Dutch and Swedes and other nationalities living here in this country? The 1779 Naturalization Act was the answer.
It’s a very simple requirement by which our Forefathers identified themselves as Americans and not Brits, not French, not Dutch…. or any of the other options that were available in Colonial America.
We have been facing a similar problem today, in that our Federal Subcontractors have proliferated and promoted their citizenship(s) as separate political statuses, and have created False Registrations as Territorial U.S. Citizens and as Municipal
“citizens of the United States” in our names without our knowledge or consent.
Once again, we need to declare our political status as Americans.
So, we use The 1779 Naturalization Act and we provide some necessary updates by which Americans, both those born within the physical borders of the States, and those who have been Naturalized as United States Citizens, may establish and/or re-verify their political status via recording their Declarations with their State Assemblies.
Today, we have released a One Page Declaration for all those born within the borders of one of the States, and are making it available to all the State Assemblies. This one page adequately replaces all the intricate and cumbersome and expensive process (928 paperwork) that the pioneers had to go through, and as the State Assembly does the recording and verification of identities, there will no longer be any need to argue with or pay any State of State officials for recording services.

I am not an activist. I am a Judge of the Alaska State Superior Court, and the Alaska State is one of Several States guaranteed the land jurisdiction of Alaska by Statehood Compact. That means that what I did here in Alaska directly impacts what applies to every other State on the land of the Continental United States including Washington State.

If no properly convened Washington State Court (not State of Washington which is a “State of State” — a Federal State– operating in the international jurisdiction of the sea) overturns my findings and Public Order, you will find that I already addressed the criminality of the North American Power Alliance and their subsidiaries. If you would like to get to the heart of this matter and put an end to such encroachment upon the land jurisdiction of your state and its citizenry, there are some (relatively) simple steps to be taken.

Everyone must choose their proper citizenship. Do you want your birthright citizenship on the land of the Washington (or other) State on the land jurisdiction of the Continental United States guaranteed to the United Colonies and carrying with it all your guarantees to the Bill of rights, etc., or do you want to adopt “corporate citizenship” as a franchise owned and operated by other corporate entities and operate as a debt slave in international jurisdiction of the sea for the benefit of the FEDERAL RESERVE and the UNITED NATIONS, INC.?

All those who wish to retain their birthright — gather together and begin operating your County and State on the Land, known as Washington State, not “State of Washington”. Notify the Registrars operating in the Counties where you were born with a sworn affidavit that you are above the age of 21 and are the rightful Entitlement Holder of [YOUR NAME IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS] ESTATE.
To prove this you will need at least two competent witnesses who know you and know your family and who can identify you in a photo included as part of the Witness Affidavit and verify your current address and at least the town address of where you were born. Typically this will be an older friend or family member—- “I am the natural person John William Wiley, a family friend and physician of the McClusky Family of Duluth, Minnesota, for the past thirty-nine years. I was the attending physician when....” or “I am John Bruce Richards, older Cousin of Lilian Diane Cooper. I was 19 when Lilian-Diane was born and have a complete recollection of her parents, birth in Peoria, Illinois, and her life ever since. I can competently identify the woman in the photo shown below as Lilian Diane Cooper, now married to Joshua Rayburn Clarke, of Piedmont Park, California.”
Your current address will have to be corrected— you are zip code exempt, write out the whole state name, and if you have a Post Office Box change it to a General Post Office Box (Whatever number) via a change of address card.
You will also need a long form Birth Certificate that has been Authenticated by the Secretary of State of the Birth State for use in a non-Hague Convention Country like Indonesia or Taiwan. In most States you can just order the BC from Vital Statistics and for an extra fee request that it be sent to the Secretary of State for the Authentication and then all sent to you without going back and forth.
Once you get the authenticated BC you never let it out of your hands again.
You make copies of the BC and the Authentication and write “For Administrative Use Only” in red on the face of these copies and then on the back you write (also in red) “I certify as Document Holder that this is a true and correct copy of the Birth Certificate and Authentication on file..” — Signed Upper and Lower Case, all rights reserved, and sealed on the Signature with your thumbprint, also in red. Copies of the self-certified Authenticated BC, the Witness Affidavits signed before a public notary under a statement to the effect “Witness by Notary does not change Jurisdiction from the Land” written above the Notary block, and your own Affidavit should be entered on the public record of the probate court in the county of your birth. Request certified copies of the public record created.

Once this process is completed and your claim is received, posted on the public record of the
probate court, and you have your certified copy of the action, you are the recognized Executor of your own ESTATE trust. You really always were the lawful Entitlement Holder— the rats just
“misunderstood on purpose” in order to defraud you and control your assets.

Now you are the Executor of the ESTATE and they have to do exactly what you tell them to do and they cannot interfere whatsoever. They can no longer harass you or presume upon you or make false claims against you. No judge can act as an Executor de Son Tort with regard to your assets.

You, meanwhile, have fully realized that there are three versions of “United States” in play. There’s the Continental United States (land) for example, Ohio State, and there’s the Federal United States (sea) for example, the State of Ohio, and the Corporate United State, also known as the Municipal United States, which also operates in the international jurisdiction of the sea, for example, the STATE OF OHIO. The actual nation is the State which holds land jurisdiction, All the others are corporations-- “inchoate States” that exist on paper only— and which as Federal “States” have *no authority on the land except* that which directly pertains to their own Federal Citizens (federal civilian and military employees, African-Americans, those born in DC, Guam, etc., welfare recipients, and political asylum seekers) or actual federal property— docks, customs houses, arsenals, etc. that have been officially granted to the federal union.

Standing as the Lawful Entitlement Holder and as an American State Citizen on the land jurisdiction of the Continental United States, you are empowered to serve as a juror of the Continental United States so long as you are not a member of the Bar Association and have attained the age of 21.
If you meet the other requirements (age, education, etc.,) that were established for public offices
of the land-based State prior to 1860 or meet those requirements adopted by the local citizens of the County now, you may operate as a Judge, Sheriff, Grand Juror, Coroner, or in any office of the State on the land or the County or the Township, so long as you are not a member of the Bar Association.

Be aware that the Titles of Nobility Amendment ratified prior to the Civil War and incorporated into the actual equity contract known as The Constitution for the united States of America is still in effect and it still prohibits Bar Association Members from holding any public office of the Continental United States. All these “courts” you see and all these “judges” operating them are operating in a purely private capacity — as corporate administrative tribunals and as military tribunals. The proof of this is plain to see— all “State Statutes” they use are privately copyrighted and so, are not public documents.

The flags in their courtrooms are all “Executive Flags” of the Commander in Chief—- they are operating in “Special Admiralty”— and falsely presuming that you are an “Enemy Combatant” or “POW” ,etc., instead of recognizing that you are a civilian. Once you put this nonsense to rest by reclaiming your ESTATE from the probate court, they face court-martial and death penalty criminal charges if they continue to take such actions against you.

As the Lawful Citizenry of the Continental United States you each have more civil authority in your little finger than the entire “federal government”. You hold plenary jurisdiction over the land and its assets.
Any attempt to boss you around while you are standing on State land or on your own property is a breach of jurisdiction. Any crime committed on federal property is of course another matter. If you engage in actual international commerce the federales have something to say about it, but most Americans are only engaged in peaceful trade among other organic states of the union. The federal union may only promote and regulate trade among the States *so as to encourage and expedite such trade. *They are *not allowed to restrict *our internal trade.

Start reading The Constitution for the united States of America —- the actual Constitution not the corporate fake called the Constitution of the United States of America. The real Constitution is very brief — ten Articles, three Amendments, including the Titles of Nobility of Amendment which the later corporate fakes do not include. This document is the only treaty and equity contract tying us to the British-controlled Federal United States. *The United Colonies still hold the complete and plenary jurisdiction and extends it to every “State” formed, whether on the land or the sea (corporate). *

Bear in mind that the land jurisdiction includes all actual material associated with the land— soil, plants, minerals, people, buildings, animals— all land assets and you have plenary jurisdiction on the land of the nation States. The Federal United States has plenary jurisdiction on “the High Seas and Inland Waterways” and otherwise has only the right to speak to its own Federal Citizens who are “residing” on the land. You don’t “reside” on the land— you “inhabit” the land. The problem has been that they have been “offering” to contract— actually racketeering and press-ganging on the land jurisdiction and forcing American State Citizens to contract with them under conditions of non- disclosure and semantic deceit, allowing them to falsely claim that we are corporate franchisees or even corporate franchises of their foreign federation and its various corporations. *

swamped with pirates and armed marauders who are our employees operated under diabolical
misappropriation by governmental services corporations that are in turn owned and operated by international banking cartels. *
