In America you may commonly encounter two kinds of "Legal Persons", rarely encounter one kind of "Lawful Person", and American State Nationals who are people who owe no public service obligations beyond keeping the peace and harming nobody.

Unfortunately, mis-administration of our affairs by two Foreign Subcontractors acting in Breach of Trust has led to millions of Americans being "impersonated" --- that is, unlawfully converted into "persons" instead of being recognized as part of our American populace and people.

In 1860, one-third of our intended Federal Government, the American Subcontractor hired to provide services to our States, became inoperable.

From our perspective this situation was and is similar to what would happen if the young man we hired to mow our law broke his leg.

We can simply hire someone else or do the job ourselves ---- if we know what happened and are enabled to take appropriate action.

But our two remaining European Subcontractors acted in Breach of Trust, did not provide assistance or disclosure, and instead usurped upon the actual people and government of this country.

They pretended that because we did not Reconstruct the missing third of the Federal Government, that our entire government was "absent" --- and used this as an excuse for fraud and usurpation.

The British Territorial United States seized upon our good names and assets as "presumed salvage" to be claimed and accidentally-on-purpose misidentified millions of American babies as British United States Citizens--- all of whom are Legal Persons.

The Roman Municipal Government similarly sought to enrich itself and made counterclaim that, no, we were "citizens of the United States" instead -- and they moved to probate our estates.

All this bunko, all this theft and abuse of their employers --- made possible because we didn't hire someone new to mow our lawn.

I am going to share a simple video by Canadians who suffered a similar fate, which explains more of the process by which we have been mis-characterized and mis-identified--- with one caveat.
There is a quote by Karen Hudes and Karen doesn't know our history. She says at one point that in 1933 "this country went bankrupt." This is not true.

This country is a sovereign entity. It's not eligible for bankruptcy, nor in need of it, because it is not an incorporated entity. No, what happened is that Delaware Corporation owned and operated by the Roman Catholic Church and doing business as "the" United States of America, Incorporated, went bankrupt.

That was no more this country than I am my own shoe.

She went on to try to explain away the criminal securitization of the American People as part of paying back the debts of this foreign corporation, but that isn't true, either.

What happened is that FDR "pledged" the Federal Civil Service Municipal Employees as assets backing this bankruptcy during his First Inaugural Address, and the Conference of [British Territorial State of State] Governors similarly pledged U.S. Military personnel and their Dependents via a similar action, March 6, 1933.

None of that had anything to do with us, and the only way that FDR and the "Governors" were able to get away with it was as a condition of employment and private contract.

This abuse of our Federal Employees encouraged those benefiting by it to secretively extend these outrageous claims against rank and file Americans who are not functioning as Legal Persons and not subject to any such demands.

So as you watch this little video bear in mind that it was made in Canada and that the people speaking don't know our history.

We need as many Americans as possible to "come home" and help correct 160 years of virulent fraud.

Many people are just plain missing the point.

Not only do you have to reclaim your political status as an American to be able to access your rights and guarantees under the Constitution and to avoid foreign taxation, you have to do this to re-populate, officially, your States of the Union.

If your State is "vacant", the Pope and the Queen will seize it as abandoned property and steal it without firing a shot.

So there you have the carrot and the stick. 

Now let's add another carrot. 

Once you have your State Assembly up and functioning, that State Assembly (not "State of State" Assembly--- State Assembly) can tell the State of State Legislature how high to jump and what you want corrected.

Bogus Mortgages and Lending Practices leading to equally bogus Foreclosures?   Tell the State of State Legislature that the State Assembly demands a Moratorium on all Foreclosures affecting State Nationals within the borders of your State.

Fed up with CPS stealing kids?   Tell the State of State Legislature that the State Assembly supports keeping families together and objects to mis-characterizing marriages as Joint Business Ventures and to the licensing of marriages in general. 

Tell the State of State Legislature that you are dissatisfied with their presumptions and their activities registering American babies improperly as British Territorial or Municipal citizens --- and you want it stopped in your State.

Tell the State of State Legislature that you displeased with the racketeering that agents of the IRS (Municipal) and Internal Revenue Service (Territorial) are carrying out against people in your State who don't receive any Federal Income and aren't obligated to keep records for foreign governments.

Your State Assemblies formed by properly declared American State Citizens have vast powers that can be exercised to correct all of these evils and many more. 

So quit whining and crying and fighting with these yahoos.  Adopt and declare your proper birthright political status, join and operate your State Assembly, and start cracking the whip.  Issue Declarations of Protest and Remonstrance to the State of State Legislature operating in your State of the Union, and if it is a "Federal Issue" to the Congress as well.

They work for you, you don't work for them.

Good Questions!

As a result of three recent Articles, "The Unknown Past" and "The Unknown Past - Part 2" and "Quick Primer", I have received some good questions that deserve good answers.  

1.  Is the Civil War ongoing?  Do you mean it never ended? 

The hot war ended in June of 1865 in the Arctic.  The last shot was fired by the legendary C.S.S. Shenandoah, one of the finest American fighting vessels of all time.  Even this was lied about in our history books and we were left to believe that the Civil War ended with the surrender of Lee's Army at Appomattox, Virginia in April of 1865.  Oh, well.  Those of you who care to know the truth are invited to read Lynn Schooler's "The Last Shot".  Naval history buffs won't be disappointed. 

The cold war has continued, because it has allowed the associated European Powers, the British Monarch and the Pope, to plug a siphon into our wallets and keep pumping. That this is the fact can be easily observed by the existence of such Offices as the United States Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governors, and other undefined quasi-military offices that have no legitimate provenance in our government.  

Yes, People, those of you who are just waking up.  Our disloyal employees have been staging a mercenary cold war conflict on our shores for a hundred and fifty years, and they have been conscripting you into this illegal perpetual mercenary "war" without your knowledge or consent.  

They have falsified the public records concerning your political status, nationality, and other facts, so as to continue and promote this circumstance, while leaving you no means to object.  You can't object or defend yourself, because you have been left ignorant and uninformed ---deliberately.  Most Americans don't have a clue.  

The fundamental Breach of Trust takes place when we are only a few days or weeks old, long before we are truly conscious and able to defend ourselves. This results in Unconscionable Contracts being set in motion.

Keeping us ignorant about the actual circumstance has been their means of enforcing Unconscionable Contracts benefiting them.  They keep the fake war going so that they can continue to claim costs related to the "war" and so that they can assert oppressive military common law.  Instead of supporting and obeying the actual civilian government as their contract demands, they have been running rough shod over their employers.  

The only Courts left that are competent to convene a Three-Man Officer Court and make a determination in our favor as a Military Tribunal are the Circuit Courts.  All the other courts are being operated as private bill collection agencies under a series of deliberate false legal presumptions.  

They've been treating us like cattle in a stockyard, and picking us off one by one via illegal confiscations and foreclosures, illegally conscripting and press-ganging our children, distorting our textbooks, infiltrating our universities, converting our rights into privileges, asserting legislative statutes over the Public Law, converting our private property into public trusts which their attorneys are allowed to pillage at will. 

This secretive and highly illegal and immoral plundering has been taking place for decades.  

2.  How would a Declaration of Peace change anything?  

Every time we visited the Civil War in any history class I ever attended, the teacher took at shot at Andrew Johnson, the Vice-President who became President after Abraham Lincoln's death.  We were given no details but left with the impression that Andrew Johnson was a bad President, incompetent, etc. 

Nothing could be further from the truth.  Andrew Johnson is quite possibly the bravest man who ever sat in the President's chair.  He issued no less than three (3) Public Declarations firmly establishing the Public Peace.  He did everything he could to prevent and put an end to exactly the situation described above.  

The Plotters eventually got around his actions by creating corporations to do the dirty work and by getting later Presidents to go along with their criminality.  

Trump, like Johnson, is in a position to put an end to the worst of it by issuing a similar Public Declaration of Peace.  He could also open up the Electoral Process simply by recognizing the over 150 million Disenfranchised Electors who have been coerced to either (1) register to vote and give up their property rights to the federal corporations or (2) stop casting ballots in the General Elections and be counted as criminals if they do. 

This racketeering scheme and manipulation of our Electoral Process has somewhat backfired on them in that it keeps them from ever achieving a mandate for their "democracy"--- a form of government that is patently alien to our country and our people.  

3.  What are we going to do about it? 

At the end of the day, we have to wake up and get organized and stand on the jurisdictions that we are heir to. 

Now that we know what has gone on here and how we have been misidentified and who and what is being manipulated to secure these deplorable results, we are enabled to take action in our own behalf. 

First, we have to stop drifting along letting our employees define us and our political status to suit themselves.  Because the two sides of this phony "war" are both groups of our employees, one British Group, one Papist Group, they have sought to misidentify us as federal employees, too.  They do this to involve us in their "war" and provide themselves with excuses to confiscate our property and harass us. 

This requires them to mis-characterize us as either a "United States Citizen" --- one of the Brits, or, as a "citizen of the United States", one of the Papists.  We are in fact State Citizens of a different "United States"---- The United States, with a capital "T".  

Most of us are not federal military employees or dependents, nor are we federal civil service employees or dependents.  As a result, the correct way to describe our political status is: "State Citizen of The United States", but the similarity of the names and general ignorance has allowed them to confuse people about which "United States" is being referenced. 

They deliberately and forcefully falsify our records at hospitals using the Dead Baby Scam.  

We are in fact American State Nationals at birth and need to reclaim that status.

Our team has pioneered a paperwork process to do this.  It is explained and templates are made available on my website, www.annavonreitz.com, Article 928, and at www.theamericanstatesassembly.net website.  

A man has no name for himself.  God did not give us names and we were not given any authority to name ourselves. All this goes back to Biblical constructs in the Western World.  So, all living people are nameless. 

What happens is that we are "Given" a name as a "Gift" and as an "Inheritance" in the same way that we might be given a bicycle.  This is your Person, also known as your Trade Name, because you use it to identify yourself and others use it to identify you when conducting business affairs. 

This Given Name in the West is Bicameral --- represented by the House of Lords and the House of Commons in England.  Your Bicameral Name is split in two parts, your Christian Name, for example, "Peter" and your Family or Sur Name, for example, "Olson".    "Peter" is supposed to be represented in the House of Lords, while "Olson" --- which is a name that can equally belong to many people --- is supposed to be represented in the House of Commons.  This same principal applies to the representation in The United States Senate vs. The United States House of Representatives.  

The idea is that we are individually sovereign and "lords" as living people in our private lives, while maintaining an association with our families and communities "in common" ---- thus, there is a natural separation between private interest and public interest which is reflected in the legislative bodies and in our Bicameral Names. 

The introduction of a so-called "Middle Name" was adopted as a means of creating an additional "immaterial" Person --- a business entity separated from this system of "recognizable" and "lawful" government.  As you will discover if you read Law Dictionaries, the use of a Middle Name invalidates this system 
of lawful national government and puts you in a different international status.  

Your Lawful Person is "Peter Olson".  Your Legal Person is "Peter John Olson". 

Unfortunately, the Legal Person has been substituted for the Lawful Person and as a result, only those who happen to know this information can access the protections of their Nationality, or, alternatively, redefine the Legal Person by a process of "Lawful Conversion" --- which is what we do. 

Most of us have suffered from the "Unlawful Conversion" of our Lawful Persons like "Peter Olson" into these foreign, international Legal Persons, like "Peter John Olson" and must undertake an answering "Lawful Conversion" to reverse the process. 

Because we have many records and property held in these foreign, international Names, we have to keep control of the Legal Person we've been unwittingly operating under.

To rectify this and still keep control of our property interests requires us to "convert" the Legal Person by declaring its permanent home and domicile on the land of a Sovereign State. 

This process effectively "dry docks" the Legal Person and makes it subject to the Law of the Land, bringing it under the protections and conventions of the Constitutions and the international land laws, such as the Geneva Conventions. 

A Judge seeing the name "Peter John Olson" assumes that he is dealing with a Legal Person in the international jurisdiction of the sea; after you lawfully convert this Legal Person by seizing upon it and declaring its domicile on the land jurisdiction, a whole new set of legal presumptions and laws apply.  

It will be your responsibility to inform the Judges in your cases that your
Legal Person, for example, "Peter John Olson" has been lawfully converted and returned to the land jurisdiction.  

The paperwork that you record is evidence of the lawful conversion you have executed and the fact that "Peter John Olson" is now subject to the Law of the Land 

You must do a similar correction with all the Municipal PERSONS that have been "gifted" to you, for similar reasons.  

When you are addressed by any Municipal or Territorial District or State of State Court, you must immediately challenge its jurisdiction and appeal the issue to the Circuit Court---- "I challenge this court's jurisdiction and appeal to the Circuit Court." 

The Circuit Court is the only court left that can bring a panel of three military officers and make a determination of your political status, consider the facts of your case, and grant you relief.  

4.  Okay, I have lawfully converted all these "persons" and returned them to the land jurisdiction.  I returned and surrendered the Municipal PERSON Birth Certificate to competent international law enforcement officers and returned the trademark NAMES to the land jurisdiction, too. I recorded the Certificates for those along with the rest of the paperwork. I understand that I am a State National of The United States with a capital "T", not a "United States Citizen" and not a "citizen of the United States".  Now what? 

You are now clear to claim your actual State Citizenship and assemble your State of the Union.  Go to: www.theamericanstatesassembly.net to get started.

5.  How can we enforce this? 

The moment you "arrive" back on the land jurisdiction and assume your role as one of the People of this country, you are enabled to enforce the Constitutional Agreements and have a duty to do so.  

We enforce the Constitutions by assembling our States, populating our public offices, filling our vacated courts, commissioning our Continental Marshals, electing our land jurisdiction Sheriffs, and joining our State Militia.  

Many people assume that only uniformed police officers have the power to make arrests and only "state of state" courts have any ability to prosecute crimes.  They also think that militias are dangerous and inhabited by right-wing nutcases.  None of this is true. 

In this country, every American who accepts the responsibility of State Citizenship has the right to make citizen arrests.  Even Americans who happen to be working as foreign Law Enforcement Officers on a For-Hire basis, have the ability to enforce the Public Laws including the provisions of the Constitutions.  See Mack and Prinz vs. USA, Inc. 

Moreover, every State Citizen between the ages of 21 and 45, who is mentally and physically fit, is by definition a member of the State Militia.  We are not at war with anyone and we are not part of the commercial mercenary squabbles of our run amok employees, but we do owe a duty to the Public Peace and we also have a duty to ourselves and to our country to enforce the actual Public Law.  

In addition to a Public Declaration of Peace by President Trump, we can lawfully and peacefully impose our control over our jurisdictions which include the land and soil of this country.  Bringing a permanent end to the bogus Civil War and all the false legal presumptions and frauds and unauthorized offices associated with it is as easy and as difficult as issuing a credible Order as an organized civilian government.  

This requires having active jural assemblies in at least a majority of the States. We are close to that goal now, and could have the job done tomorrow, if certain parties would wake up and face the necessity of doing the paperwork to "return" the Legal Persons and convert them into Lawful Persons. 

6.  Why can't we just use our plain names, the original Lawful Names, like "Peter Olson", form our Assemblies, and go forward?  

Because there is now no record of anyone called "Peter Olson" being born at the time and place where you were born.  This is what I meant about having to maintain control of the foreign Legal Person and lawfully convert it.  Your name has been unlawfully removed for the land and soil of your country, and illegally administered.  A foreign improper Legal Name has been substituted for your Lawful Name. You have to convert the Legal Name and re-convey it back to the land and soil jurisdiction of the State where you were born and operate it "as"  your Lawful Name in order to retain and control your assets and still be able to operate the land jurisdiction of your State.  

New records will have to be established.  This is only a sufficient fix to protect everyone's material interests, and bring our civilian populace back under the protections of land law. 

The ultimate resolution of this Mess involves the Queen or her Successor returning all the purloined copyrights to the American Legal Person names which have been operated for profit by the British Crown, and the Pope calling an end to the issuance of Municipal PERSONS in our names.  

Until then, we have to slog it out one by one by one, and we have to use the authorities that we definitely do have to correct the records and deal with the circumstance.  

They are our Employees and they have no right to conduct any "war"
on our land and soil, no right to presume anything about our identities or political status as babies, no excuse for what they have done.  We have every right to fire them and hire new subcontractors to provide whatever services we want. 

Once we return to our proper status and accept the responsibility of self-governance we have the power to direct both the Territorial and Municipal United States to stand down and put a permanent end to their squabbling and self-interested double-dealing----and especially their attempts to genocide Americans on paper and retain institutions of slavery.  

7.  If, as you say, the document we are familiar with as "The Constitution of the United States of America" is just a Doppelganger of the real Territorial Constitution --- very similar, but not the same --- and its Fourteenth Amendment is just a By-Law of a defunct Scottish Commercial Corporation, not an Amendment to any Constitution ratified by our States ---what in the name of Jesus is going on?  

Fraud.  Just plain old garden variety fraud.  

There is no excuse or valid basis for the enforcement of the "Fourteenth Amendment" or, for that matter, any such "Amendment".  Mr. Trump has made references to the purported Fourteenth Amendment and like most Americans has taken it seriously.  

But like Black's Law Dictionary, it began as a spoof --- a knowing fraud, that was taken seriously.  That allowed the con artists to assume our identity, access our credit, and operate our government "as if" they were us, when in fact they were just con artists---- an early version of identity thieves and credit card hackers. 

Until we wake up and inform Mr. Trump of the facts and he realizes that he is standing on sand, both lawfully and legally, the Territorial Government he represents will continue to enforce a known fraud as if it had validity and will continue to enforce de facto slavery long after all such provisions have been outlawed on a worldwide basis.  

If we are sick and tired of this preposterous circumstance, it's time to lift our ugly heads and roar something to the effect, "The Articles of Incorporation of a defunct Scottish Commercial Corporation that ceased operations in 1907 have  no authority, meaning, or enforce-ability on anyone today.  Get your heads screwed on or go away!" 

The greatest danger to this country is our own gullibility, general ignorance, 
and failure to take action.  

Those of us who are awake must make every effort to act as modern day Paul Reveres and put as many sticks in the wagon wheels of these run amok corporations as possible.  

8.  What is being done to stop these criminals from doing us and other people harm? 

First and foremost, the information is getting out and into the hands of foreign governments including the foreign governments responsible for this horse hooey.  

This has two immediate effects: (1) friendly governments now have an understanding of what has gone on here and are inclined to intercede in our favor; (2) governments and corporations that were scheming against us and against our property interests on many levels are now exposed and their criminality is apparent, thus, they are "encouraged" to cease and desist and are being obliged to slink back into the shadows. 

Second, once the Legal Persons are seized upon and converted and returned to the land jurisdiction, land law clamps down and people are again protected by the Constitutional guarantees and Geneva Conventions and other provisions that the Perpetrators have to honor or be further exposed as crime syndicates. 

Third, your Federation of Sovereign States, The United States of America, which is your official "Ship of State" is still sea-worthy and competent to act in your favor while you attend to the task of assembling your States and getting on your feet.  We have lost no time in rebutting False Claims of Abandonment and False Claims that our currency is insufficient.   We have also put numerous protections in place to stop the looting at an international level, including Notices and Liens and Fixture Attachments on all assets belonging to the States and People of this country.  This has been a long process that has run in tandem and in multiple jurisdictions, and poses an effective rebuttal to Globalist claims that we "no longer exist" and their attempts to seize our property. 

I know this is all a huge amount of unhappy information to take in, and I fully sympathize with the dismay and sense of being overwhelmed that many people feel.  

However, the actual States and People of this country have many friends and supporters,The United States of America  is widely revered, our founding Principles are strong and valid and second to none, our government structure has resisted all attempts to circumvent it, and we have cleared the pathway home.  

What remains is for each one of us who are free to do so, to correct the records and convey and convert the Legal Persons associated with us, and then assemble our actual States, which are physically defined and occupy the international land jurisdiction of this country.

I have run across this particular article on numerous occasions over the years and it is indeed a very useful and enlightening article, except for two really grave semantic errors that are repeated ----the part where the writer claims that there are "no Judicial Courts in America" and again, where they claim that there are "no Judges in America".  

If we are going to give people a solid education and reliable guides, it's important that we get it right and pay close enough attention to our reader's inexperience to describe the context of what we are really saying.  

A better way to explain the situation is that there are no Judicial Courts in the Federal Government. All the Judicial Courts are supposed to be in America, instead.  Our Forefathers kept every iota of authority and ownership related to the land and soil of our States inviolate.  So when they created the Federal Government to operate in the foreign jurisdictions of the sea and air, they didn't create any Federal Judicial Courts.  Why would they?  They were not allowing the foreign  Federal Government to enter their jurisdiction nor letting them exercise any authority over them and their assets at home on the land and soil of their States, therefore, the Federal Government had no need for any Judicial Courts. 

There was only one exception: The Supreme Court of The United States. You will note that to this day, the Supreme Court Justices are the only "Justices" in the Federal System.  This first and only Supreme Court was supposed to provide oversight for Federal Government operations and to act as a faithful Interpreter of the Constitutions for the members of the Federal Congress, the Territorial Congress, and the Municipal Congress. 

Instead, with the incapacity of the States of America following the Civil War, this Supreme Court fell into disuse, a separate Territorial United States Supreme Court and later, a separate Municipal United States Supreme Court began operations under slightly different names.  As these two subcontractors, Territorial and Municipal,  fell into the obvious malpractice of  unilaterally amending their own Constitutions,  the intended role of the one Supreme Court faded away and the remaining institution(s) became increasingly political. 

In 1991, the Municipal United States Congress moved to eviscerate what was left of the Constitutional Federal Judiciary,  by amending the Federal Judge's Oath to make it meaningless and to remove any obligation of the Judges to render decisions "agreeable" to the Constitutions.  In this way, whatever power that remained vested in the Federal Judiciary as a whole was undermined and frittered away upon the discretion of individual Judges, rendering the Judicial Branch of the Federal Government ineffective and unable to mount any credible restraining influence upon the members of Congress.  The Checks and Balances built into the Federal System were thus eroded and the People of this country betrayed.   

No greater duty of reform is set before us than the overturning and repeal of this infamous Congressional meddling with the requirements of the Federal Judge's Oath. 

So,instead of there being "no Judicial Courts in America" --- in fact, all the Judicial Courts are in America-- and the situation is just the opposite of what the writer assumes.  All Judicial Courts are in America and none are vouchsafed to the Federal Government except for the One Supreme Court which is not functioning as intended, and that is the way it has been since the very beginning.

This is an important distinction and one that has to be thoroughly understood by Americans in search of Justice in this country.  The return of our Judicial Courts to full operation will automatically signal the shut down and withdrawal of all the foreign federal military and maritime courts.  The issue has already been decided by Milligan Ex Parte in 1863.  All we have to do is kick-start Old Bessie and get our own Judicial Courts organized and serving the people again, at which point the admiralty courts and administrative tribunals have already agreed to retract back to their natural limited status and stop trying to gain false jurisdiction over us "out of necessity".  

Once again, people, we have to govern ourselves, or someone else will do it for us.  

The other incorrect meme in this article is the statement that there are "no Judges in America".  There are Judges in America --- far too many of them, in fact.  Our Judicial Courts are run by Justices, but because we've stupidly let so many of our Judicial Courts fall silent, there are precious few Justices to serve the people who claim their birthright political status as American State Nationals and American State Citizens.  I know, because I am one of those few Justices. 

The title "Judge" is, in our American system of government, unique to the Federal United States courts and their jurisdictions, not ours, with the exception of the Postal District Court Judges, who are obliged to enforce the laws of the the land jurisdiction of our country and to enforce the international and global laws affecting the land jurisdiction owed to our States of the Union. 

So, contrary to what this writer says, there are scads of Judges in America, most of whom should not be here.  

These Federal and Federal franchise State of State Statutory Courts are taking up the work of the largely vacated Judicial Courts and striving to keep control of the situation by impersonating Americans so as to draw them into the foreign jurisdictions of the admiralty and statutory courts.  

On one side of the issue, this is a worthy above-and-beyond service--- they are, after all, for the most part,  protecting us from murderers, armed robbers, rapists, and other violent criminals.  

On our side of the issue, however, they are operating under color of law, prosecuting Americans under known false legal presumptions, and abusing their positions of trust to defraud and pillage us.  These are still foreign "carpetbagger courts" and they are still milking and bilking Americans under completely fraudulent premises.  

The take-home message for Americans is to take exception and exercise the exemptions and protections owed to you as non-combatant civilians, and meantime, get off your duffs and take up the work of self-governance: correct and record your political status as American State Nationals and American State Citizens, join your State Assembly, educate yourselves, and take up the work of operating your own Judicial Courts.  

Our Judicial Courts are simple to operate, all our land and soil Law is based on The Ten Commandments, there have to be actual Injured Parties presenting their own issues (the one exception being when the victims of crimes are too  disabled to present their own case, or dead, in which case, the Public Prosecutor takes over in their behalf), and the jury is "king".  Not the Justice.  

In our Judicial Courts, juries have the unequivocal right of jury nullification.  If an American Jury finds a law repugnant, unjust, impractical, or unworkable, it is free to nullify the law, as if it never was.  In this way, Americans have insured themselves against legislative error and injustice, and have maintained their sovereignty.  But with the lapse and relative scarcity of Judicial Courts and growing public ignorance, the foreign admiralty and commercial and administrative courts have crept in and raised both Hell and Havoc.  

When Americans complain about these foreign courts they need only reflect that if they got busy and organized and educated themselves, they wouldn't be under the thumb and at the mercy of these increasingly corrupt federal and federated state-of-state courts. 

Another fundamental difference that lies between our Justices and their Judges is the role they play in the respective courts --- Justices ensure a level playing field, fair rules of evidence, and keep the proceedings in order under the rules of Due Process.  At the end of the proceedings, the jury renders a decision and the Justice reads it --- a process called "pronouncement".  That's it.  The Justice in an American Judicial Court doesn't address the facts or interpret the Law; the jury does all that.  This is because in our courts, the people are sovereign and the juries in America literally act as the king.  

This is in stark opposition to what goes on in a Statutory Court, where in fact the Judge acts as a Hired Jurist paid to interpret and enforce the statutory law in one of four possible specific venues and capacities.  The Judge takes over the place of king and decides everything and the function of the jury is in the manner of a group of corroborating Witnesses, paid to sit and listen and nod their heads. 

The only power that such a jury has is the power of "voiding error".  If some jurors absolutely disagree with the conclusions of the Judge, they can void the judgement and the findings are inconclusive. Unless the Judge agrees that an error has been made (which is a rare occurrence, as this requires them to admit that they made an error) the whole issue can be re-tried.  

Alternatively, if the Prosecutors bringing a  claim are shown to deliberately lie or misrepresent material fact or to lie about the applicable statute or fail to bond the case or, or, or.... the Judge in a Statutory Court can throw the whole case out the door "with prejudice" and the issue cannot be raised again. If the procedure is not air-tight, the case is not air-tight, which is why procedure takes up such a dismal amount of time and attention in Statutory Court --- the object is to acquit the Judge, not to guarantee Justice.  

We saw an example of this in the Bundy Case where Federal Agents outright lied and misrepresented fact, and the Judge reacted by throwing the whole thing out the door with prejudice. They endangered her by lying to her, so she was well-justified in this reaction, which just happened to serve the cause of justice, too.  

With these caveats and insights as to where our American Judicial Courts exist and who is supposed to be operating them, and also the reasons why Judges (who should be relatively rare) are over-running America like lemmings on a stampede, read on:

Next year, many Americans will be preparing themselves to go vote at the next presidential election, which is scheduled for November 8, 2016. If you are planning to go vote during that time, you should read this article before doing so.
The right to vote is not what you think it is. When you vote, you are voting for a foreign candidate that represents a foreign corporation called the United States, Incorporated. Do you need proof of this? Read further and I will show you all the proof you need.

Proof That the United States is a Foreign Corporation
If you want proof that the United States is a corporation, look at subsections 15 and 15(A) in title 28 U.S. Code § 3002 and you should see this sentence, ““United States” means— (A) a Federal corporation.” In legal terms, when the “United States” or “United States of America” is written in all capital letters (UNITED STATES or UNITED STATES OF AMERICA), 99 percent of the time it is referring to a corporation.

When I say that the United States or the United States of America is a corporation, I am not talking about the landmass. What I am talking about is the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.), which is a 10 mile radius district that houses the corporation called the United States, Incorporated. This federal corporation is also known as the United States of America (Minor). As for the landmass, it is known as the continental United States or the United States of America (Major).
When the United States of America, Inc. was first created, its main role was to act as a governmental services corporation for The United States of America (Major). The fraud to enslave the American people with debt really began when the International Banksters of the Federal Reserve bought the United States of America, Inc. and took over its agencies around 1911. They then eventually changed the name to the United States, Inc. This name is often written in all capital letters (UNITED STATES) and without the “Inc” to prevent Americans from knowing that it is a corporation.
The United States, Inc. resides in Washington D.C. and is a foreign corporation. This is why it has a president and a vice president, just like Walmart and Target. Under Corporate Law, every corporation is required to have a president and a vice president.
Most Americans do not know these things because they have been conditioned at an early age to think that when the U.S. government refers to the name the “United States,” it is referring to the country. In most cases, the U.S. government is referring to the corporation (UNITED STATES).
The acronym “D.C.” in the term “Washington D.C.” stands for the District of Columbia, which is a district founded by a powerful masonic secret society called the Colombians. The Colombians also founded Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS), Columbia Pictures, and Columbia University. Did you notice how similar the words Colombians and Columbia are?
One thing you should know about Columbia University is that it is located in New York. New York was founded by the York Rite, which is also another powerful masonic secret society. This is why it is called New York, which means the new state of the York Rite.
Did You Know the United States, Inc. Went Bankrupt in 1933?In 1933, the United States, Inc. went bankrupt. As described at ScannedRetina.com:

To fix the bankruptcy problem, the International Banksters of the Federal Reserve collateralized every common United States Citizens and used them to finance their corporation (United States, Inc.). In other words, we (the American people) have been securitized and used as collateral for the U.S. national debt, which is actually the debt of the United States, Inc.
When it comes to politics and finance, most of us lack knowledge in these two fields. Because of this, the International Banksters can easily trick us to think that the U.S. national debt is the debt of the American people. In reality, the U.S. national debt is the debt of the International Banksters and their corporation (United States, Inc.).
Why the “Right” to Vote in the United States is a FraudIn legal terms, your right to vote is actually a privilege because to be a United States Citizen means that you are a legal person, also known as a corporation. A corporation is a fictitious entity that has no right. So, when politicians tell you that you have the right to vote as a United States Citizen, they are already lying to you.
Every time you vote, you are giving your consent to be governed by many treasonous politicians. Many politicians do not care about you because they work for the Banking Elites, which are the International Banksters who own the United States, Inc.
The right to vote in the United States is a FRAUD, because your vote does not really matter and the voting system is rigged, just like a casino. Furthermore, when you vote, you are voting for a president of a FOREIGN corporation known as the United States, Inc.
One thing you need to know about the U.S. voting system is that the presidential candidates are chosen by the International Banksters and they control both of the Republican and Democratic parties. The idea that we have choices when it comes to electing presidential candidates is an illusion.
As an American, when you vote you are, in a way, committing TREASON against the country called The United States of America (Major), which is made up of 50 separate nation states operating as a nation on the land jurisdiction. The United States of America (Minor) or the United States, Inc. is operating under the international jurisdiction of the sea, which is based on Admiralty Law (the Law of the Sea).
The Covert Meanings of the Word VoteThe word vote is defined as “a formal expression of opinion or choice, either positive or negative, made by an individual or body of individuals” or “the means by which such expression is made, as a ballot, ticket, etc.” These two definitions of the word vote only show you its meanings at the surface. To find the deeper meanings of the word vote, you need to use the art of phonics to help you see the relation among words.
Phonetically, the word vote sounds exactly like the word volt. Where do you go vote/volt at? In a voting terminal or a polling/poll-ing place. The word poll sounds similar to the word pole. A pole is the electric battery pole of positive (+) or negative (-). In other words, in order to vote you need to go to the polls/poles, so that you can place your vote/volt on the candidate that you want to see put in charge.
Once the votes/volts are counted, the politician or “pole-itician” that receives the most votes/volts is the one who is going to be put into the position of power. Maybe this is why it is called power politics. Are you starting to see the connection here?
The presidential election is nothing more than a game created by the International Banksters to con you to agree to be a battery, so that they can drain your energy. This is why before they can summon you to go to court, they need to charge you first. The content below explains this concept in greater details. The word “battery” is an important word in commerce and law, because it has to do with the process of harnessing the energy of humanity. In other words, this is one of the many methods that they used to drain your energy.
This energy is then used by the Controllers to “charge” their corporations (“corpses” or “dead entities”), banks, and other commerce systems, so that they can keep their game of conning humanity going. Without our energy to “charge” their corporations and commerce systems, their con game will not have enough power to stay on.
As human beings, we are being used as “batteries.” This is why before we go to court, we have to be “charged” first. At the court hearing, the judge will read the “charges” and then “charge” them off after a verdict or judgement is made.
If there is a fine or fee included in the judgement, the defendant will be ordered to pay the fine with “currency.” The covert meaning of the word “currency” has to do with the “flow of energy.” This is why the stored energy in a battery is called “electric current” or the “currency of electricity.”
If you live in the USA and want to be free and help spread freedom throughout the world, do not participate in the U.S. presidential election in November 2016. If you do, you could end up committing treason against the United States of America (Major) which is the land that you were born on.
If you do not live in the USA, your voting system is most likely taken over by the International Banksters too. This is because most politicians throughout the world are bought off by the International Banksters (the leaders of the New World Order), especially the politicians of Western countries. This means that when you vote for a candidate in your country, you may also be committing treason against your original country.

1754-1776: The “United Colonies” take shape as a loose political association, and the First and Second Continental Congresses result.

1776: The Colonies declare independence.

1781: The Articles of Confederation bind “States” — political subdivisions of the United Colonies – together in a “perpetual union”, creating a confederation of States to operate in the international Jurisdiction of the Sea. [Why a “confederation” instead of a “federation”? –Because the original States gave up some of their natural jurisdiction to the new political entity, the Union, they created.]

1783: The Treaty of Paris and Treaty of Versailles cements this arrangement splitting the land and sea jurisdictions between the States and the Federal Union and places King George III as Trustee of American interests on the “High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways” —which means he kept control of American international commerce. The new “Union” entity operating in the international Jurisdiction of the sea was always controlled by the British and it has always been the British Monarch’s responsibility as International Trustee to manage it and guarantee its proper operation. It has instead run amok for 150 years.

1787: The Supreme Perfected Republican Declaration of the United Colonies creates the National Trust owed the Continental United States.

1789: Two years later, “The Constitution for the united States of America” splits off the sea jurisdiction and creates the new Federal United States. A year later (1790) the Federal United States forms a commercial company doing business as the United States (Commercial Company) to provide the nineteen enumerated services agreed to by the subscribing States.

1812-1814: The British try to horn in again and are beaten back. This skirmish results in the Treaty of Ghent, where the British interests in American shipping and commerce are reaffirmed and lasting peace is promised in return.

1845: The British Monarch and Pope secretly agree to undermine the American System of government via the Treaty of Verona. The British Monarch breaches the Treaty of Ghent and both the Pope and the King secretly breach their trust as International Trustees. They set out on a covert action and issued Letters of Marque and Reprisal to the members of the Bar Associations, allowing them to act as Foreign Agents on American soil and as privateers free to plunder American commerce.

1860: Thanks to the efforts of the Bar Associations a member of the Bar, Abraham Lincoln, is elected to serve as President. Note that he is ineligible serve as President of the united States of America, by the Titles of Nobility Amendment to the actual Constitution— but is eligible to serve as President of the United States (Commercial Company). This is the same situation we have with Barack Obama who is ineligible to serve as President of the United States of America, but is able to serve as President of the United States (Incorporated).

1861: The Civil War begins. Congress adjourns for lack of quorum and without a date to reconvene. Lincoln organizes a Delaware Corporation and the remaining members of Congress begin functioning as a Board of Directors.

1862: The “Corporate Congress”—a body of men no different than the Board of Directors of IBM, change the meaning of a single word —only and explicitly for use within their corporation. That word is “person”. From then on the word “person” is deemed to mean “corporation” for federal government purposes. (37th “Congress”– Second Session, Chapter 49, Section 68.)

1863: Lincoln signs the Lieber Code as Commander in Chief and puts the Union Army, the Grand Army of the Republic, in charge of the nation’s future and money supply. A day later, he bankrupts the original United States (Commercial Company).

1865: Lee’s Army surrenders to Grant and a general armistice is declared. The Southern States are in ruins and under military occupation by the Union. The original Northern States are bankrupt. Foreign banks are in control of the new “United States of America, Inc.” and the Union Army reigns supreme. Over the next two years President Andrew Johnson will three times publicly declare peace on the land jurisdiction of the Continental United States, but peace is never declared in the international Jurisdiction of the Sea controlled by the Federal United States under the trusteeship of the British Monarch.

1868: The Corporate Congress writes itself a new Corporate Constitution, called “the Constitution of the United States of America” and palms off this look-alike, sound-alike private corporate document “as if” it were the actual Constitution. This is fraud on many levels. The Constitution of the United States of America purposefully sought to confuse and delude people into thinking it was the actual Equity Contract obligating the States to receive services and subrogate their international jurisdiction to the federal government.

1871: The Corporate Congress begins to set up shop for itself by creating a separate government for the District of Columbia. The initial effort fails but seven years later the Washington DC Municipality is created as an independent international city state run as a plenary oligarchy by the members of “Congress”. Also in 1871, the Corporate Congress claimed to own all United States corporations— 41st “Congress”– Third Session, Chapters 62, 63, 64, and 65.

1874-1885: All the actual States on the land are reorganized and at the same time completely new “Federal States” are created and new “State Constitutions” are written for them. The original States on the land are renamed in this process. The original State of Ohio operating the land jurisdiction became the Ohio State, while the usurping “Federal State”— merely a corporate franchise of the United States of America, Inc. operating in the international Jurisdiction of the Sea—took over the name “State of Ohio”.

1900-1904: Still lusting after more power for itself, the Corporate Congress set up a second shop for itself and obtained permission to do it from the Supreme Court in a series of cases known as The Insular Tariff Cases. As with setting up the Washington DC Municipality as a foreign city-state on our shores and running it as their own little oligarchy, the “Congress” now took the “federal territories and possessions” and made a new “union” of “American states”—-Puerto Rico, Guam, et alia—and began calling it “the United States of America (Minor)”. They just forgot to add the (Minor) part of the name from then on, and let people assume that all the repugnant laws they passed governing this “Constitutional Democracy” also applied to the Continental United States.

1912-1913: A private association of European and American banks calling themselves “The Federal Reserve” bought the governmental services corporation known as “The United States of America, Inc.” and its “State” franchises as a business venture, and began operating such familiar agencies as The United States Department of Agriculture and The United States Department of Transportation as private, for-profit businesses—without telling anyone. They exercised the “government powers” they didn’t really possess in a vast fraud scheme in collusion with members of “Congress” to institute a fiat monetary system and misused their position of trust to put competitors out of business, set up monopolies, rig commodity markets, and commit other acts of blatant self-interested criminality and fraud.

1917: Engaging in a war for profit, Congress and their Banker Bosses passed the War Powers Act and the Trading With the Enemy Act, and numerous other illegal and repugnant “Acts” pertaining only to the Federal United States and the international Jurisdiction of the Sea, but presented them to the public as if this claptrap pertained to the actual States and People on the land of the Continental United States. Deceived by this venal and purposeful fraud, millions of Americans complied with what they believed to be the “Law” passed by a legitimate Congress acting as deputies of the States and the People.

1918-1933: Once in control of the monetary system the “Federal Reserve” increased the monetary supply exponentially, causing the “Roaring Twenties”. They built the house of cards and on October 29, 1933, they collapsed it—deliberately. This enabled them to put thousands of competitors out of business, allowed them to buy commodities, land, and labor for dirt cheap, and to manipulate the value of the dollar to their benefit.

1933-1940, The banks took full advantage of the “national emergency” they created and the Congress did everything the bankers required: The Sheppard-Towner Act, the Buck Act, the Alien Registration Act, the Social Security Act(s), the Emergency Banking Act, and more. The purpose of all this was to lay claim to the labor and the assets of the States and People of the Continental United States by securing “private contracts” with them, enabling the perpetrators to “represent them” and to set up corporations “in their names”. Hundreds of millions of Americans were told that they “had to” sign up for Social Security and have a Social Security Number in order to have a job, that it was “the Law” and that “Congress had passed it” and so, believing it to be a lawful government mandate—when in fact it was a corporate fraud scheme— they were subscribed en masse. Remembering now the actions of the Corporate Congress in 1862 redefining the word “person” to mean “corporation” for federal purposes, and their later claim made in 1871 to hold ownership interest in all United States corporations and seeing that their actions from 1933 to 1940 resulted in redefining the estates of living Americans as public trusts—that is, as a form of corporation— you can see that the “Corporate Congress” has claimed to own living Americans as assets belonging to their corporation and has also claimed to control and own their private assets — in flagrant violation of the Geneva Convention Protocols Volume II, Article 3, and in equally flagrant violation of the 1926 International Conventions on Slavery, and in violation of every lawful and moral duty, commercial contract, and trust indenture owed to the Continental United States and the American People. It is also apparent that all of this – every claim, every salvage lien, every title to land and property held under color of law—being held against the Continental United States and the living civilian inhabitants of the Continental United States, is pure, self-interested commercial fraud created and perpetuated under conditions of semantic deceit, constructive fraud, misrepresentation, and mischaracterization by the management of the Federal United States, the various governmental services corporations doing business as some form of “United States” and the British Government.

1940-present: Among the first actions to be taken by the criminals was to “register” all live births. This established a claim of ownership on the baby and his or her estate, benefiting the “State of Ohio” or other “Federal State franchise”. This act of identity theft exercised via an undisclosed and forced contract with the Mother of the child, allowed each ”State” franchise to control the name and the property of the baby. The perpetrators promptly set up new “State franchises” benefiting themselves using names styled like this: “Joseph Quincy Public” and new “Municipal franchises” set up under the auspices of the Washington DC Municipality using NAMES styled like this: “JOHN QUINCY PUBLIC”. The only purpose for creating these franchises structured as various kinds of trusts—was to act as a means for the privately owned governmental services corporations to hypothecate debt against the labor of the living people and their private property assets and to exercise control over them amounting to slavery.

Let's make it clear that while you persist in calling yourself a "US Citizen" and acting "as" a US Citizen, you are laboring under a number of profound disadvantages. 

"US Citizens" have no access to the Constitutions nor to their guarantees and never have had. The political status of a "United States Citizen" (Territorial) and also that of "Citizen of the United States" (Municipal) was created by the Constitutions, and therefore, obviously, people adopting either one or both of these political status obligations are NOT Parties to the Constitutions. By definition. 

The most "US Citizens" have is a promise of "Equal Civil Rights" which gets suspended during "National Emergencies"--- and so far as the corporations in DC are concerned, they are in a near-constant "state of emergency" as a result of their own mismanagement. 

Some specific rights, like the right to Habeas Corpus, have even been suspended by Executive Order of the Commander in Chief since 1863. So there are numerous exceptions where even when there isn't a "national emergency", US Citizens are denied truly Equal Civil Rights.

The point is --- what Congress gives, the Congress --- or the President --- can take away.  Why?  Because "Civil Rights" are privileges conferred by the "Civil Government" --- that is, the Municipal Government of the United States. They have nothing to do with the "Natural and Unalienable Rights" that Americans are heir to.

US Citizens cannot own land in this country, with the result that they are considered tenants not landlords, and in all cases where US Citizens have homes or land in this country, they have only tenant rights. 

If they are Territorial Citizens, the Municipal Government acts as landlord.  If they are Municipal Citizens, the Territorial Government acts as landlord.  And in no case do the US Citizens actually own anything.  They are "presumed" to be "residing" here on a temporary basis, providing governmental services to us, the "missing" Americans.  House-sitters, in other words.

United States Citizens are subject to statutory law and function as Legal Fiction Persons.  They cannot access the Public Law or even The Law of Peace which the military is obligated to give us (AR 27-161-1). 

Municipal Citizens of the United States and their slaves known as "citizens of the United States" are also taxpayers by definition. They, too, are all legal fiction PERSONS.

So there is no advantage to claiming to be a "US Citizen" of either stripe and never has been. 

Except for getting a federal paycheck and other payola, there is no reason that any American in their right mind would ever knowingly or willingly choose to be considered a "US Citizen". 

Since the US Citizens are all Taxpayers by definition, and Federal Corporations in DC have had a mighty motivation to count everyone in sight as "US Citizens" and to make it difficult for the rest of us who are not employed by the "Federal Government" to (1) claim our birthrights and (2) live in a militaristic society dominated by our employees and all their regimentation.

Nonetheless, unless they wish to be declared in open rebellion and guilty of committing treason and violation of international law and risk having their assumed commercial contracts voided, the corporations in DC are obligated to recognize your claim of either American State National status (no obligation to any government, except to keep the peace and cause no harm) or American State Citizen (involved in staffing the actual State Government you are owed). 

The specific Offices responsible for recognizing your correct political status are: The United States Secretary of State, and The United States Attorney General's Office, and right after them, The United States Secretary of the Treasury. 

On the local level, the State of State Governors, the State Secretaries of State, the State Attorney Generals, the Commissioners of the Departments of Natural Resources, and the District Attorneys are all obligated to recognize and provide the protections of your American State National and/or American State Citizen political status. 

And to a man, they religiously fail to do so and get away with this "neglect" because nobody is claiming their rightful political status as Americans and nobody is holding them accountable.

Now, obviously, most Americans are not aware that they have been "presumed upon" and misidentified as US Citizens.  They have gone about their lives thinking, "Well, of course, I am an American!  Any fool can see that!" --- but "Misery Loves Company" and the members of Congress are an odd mix of clueless and criminal and they are greedy for tax dollars and power--- with the result that you have been systematically misidentified as a "volunteer" and as a "US Citizen".

What are you going to do about it?  Well, first of all, you need to know who and what you are and the fact that your nationality is determined by your place of birth on Earth.  You were born within the borders of an American State, on its land and soil, and by definition you are an American, not a "US Citizen".

Your physically defined State is your Nation.  You are a Texan, a Wisconsinite, a New Yorker.... that is your nationality, and more generally, you are an American. 

Anyone who says differently is "mis-characterizing" you and is guilty of crime. This is a crime under the Geneva Conventions.  Anyone who presumes that you are a "US Citizen" is "impersonating" you, because all "US Citizens" are merely "Legal Persons" --- having no ability to function as recognizable physical entities.  Impersonation is a crime, too.  So is kidnapping, inland piracy, and conspiracy against the Constitutions. 

The people making these false claims against you, to the effect that you are a "US Citizen", can literally hang for it.  That's why, when you bring it to their attention, they should all be very cordial and eager to recognize the fact that you are not and, in most cases, never were, any form of "US Citizen". 

Unfortunately, some of them are intent upon securing tax revenue and claims of oppressive power over the American People --- like "Draft Boards" --- and they will try to bluff and bully you into "accepting" the status of "US Citizen" even though you are not getting a paycheck from their corporations.  They will even try to enforce citizenship obligations upon you as a "contractual obligation". 

And this is where you must have your own ducks in order, because they have been plotting against you since your own babyhood and have been collecting "evidence" that you are a "US Citizen", beginning with a Birth Certificate issued by the local British Territorial Government franchise operating as a "State of State". 

Ironically, this document, the BC, is also the primary evidence against them. 

Once you prove via affirmed Witness Testimony in the Form of an Affidavit (two Witnesses needed) that you are the man or woman whose birth occurred on your birth day and at that place and of that parentage, it is also apparent that you were a baby at the time they snatched you away from your natural and native jurisdiction on the land and human trafficked you into their foreign jurisdiction on the sea.

The Birth Certificate is evidence of crime, the least of which is "unconscionable" contracting practices by the Territorial Government -- which is why when you bring it forward to the District Attorneys and the State Secretary of State and say the Magic Words, the doors welcoming you home should swing open wide and any troubles that you have with THEM should disappear like morning fog. 

And if not, you go straight to the US Secretary of State and demand recognition as an American State National and/or American State Citizen.

Be aware, you cannot enjoy your birthright as an American and also claim that you are any kind of "US Citizen".  This would allow the employees of foreign corporations to take over our land and soil and destroy our country --- and not just on paper.  This is why our States do not allow Dual Citizenship. 

So as the saying goes, "Use it or Lose it".  Claim it, or color it gone.

Write that letter to the State-of-State Secretary of State and fully inform him or her that you are claiming your birthright political status and that you are acting as a Lawful Person and that you expect to be recognized as an American, not a US Citizen of either kind. 

Send a copy to the State-of-State Attorney General, the Governor, the DNR Commissioner, and the US Secretary of State.  For good measure, send a copy to the Joint Chiefs of Staff. 

Explain your political status and the dirty trick that has been played on you and millions of other innocent Americans by their own employees.  Demand recognition of your true political status and release from all presumptions of "US Citizen" status. 

Tell them forthrightly that you are a peaceable Texan (or Minnesotan or....) owed the Law of Peace from the military and the full force of the Constitutions and that you do not "voluntarily" accept any presumptions otherwise.

If you are angry, you have a right to be angry.  This entire country and its people have been outrageously imposed upon and abused by both the British Monarchs and the Popes, and all the while they have been prattling on about the importance of "Law" while they have been breaking it.  And also seeking to weasel out of their treaties and commercial contracts. 

Hold them feet first to the fire by all means making them accountable --- morally, commercially, and internationally for the harm they have done to you and to your country. 

But it all begins with realizing that you are NOT a "US Citizen", establishing your claim to your birthright status on the public record, learning to use the evidence effectively against them, and using both lawful and legal process against them should they offer any resistance to your claims.

In short order --- what must you do to establish your identity and enforce your birthrights as an American?

1. Secure multiple certified copies of the Birth Certificate that was issued in your name.

2. Secure at least two competent affirmed Witness Testimonies in the Form of an Affidavit identifying you (your photo) at your current address as "the" man or woman whose birthday, birth place and parentage are recorded on the BC.

3. Do the Paperwork to formally give Notice of the return your Lawful Name to the land and soil of your birth state, etc.

4. Learn the Spiel and learn who to give it to--- the DA's, the State of State Secretaries of State, the US Attorneys, the District Attorneys, and anyone having anything to do with the court system. 

5. "There has been a mistake..... "

6. Present the "Mandatory Notice" required by the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.

7. Present (if the situation warrants it) a Notice of Liability, making it clear that each Office-Holder is personally responsible and accountable.

8. Acknowledgement and Acceptance: "I know you are operating under the 1934 Amendment to the Trading with the Enemy Act and I accept that you can't speak about it thanks to 18 USC 472 and I duly accept your Oath of Office-- but I can speak about it.  I am not any form of US Citizen and not an "Enemy" within the jurisdiction, meaning, or intent of that Act, and I am serving Notice to you in both your official and personal capacity that I am an American and that I claim and hold my birthright political status on the land and soil of this country as a Lawful Person and I have returned from any presumption that I am "over the sea".

9. Action: "I wish for my true political status as an American State National to be recognized now and forever afterward by my loyal employees and I wish you to take whatever action is necessary to sort out the paperwork and spread the news of my return so that: (1) my name is placed on a do not detain list, (2) a proper ID not related to any "Driver License" is issued', (3) any property listed under my NAME is removed from the Tax Rolls, (4) all pending Territorial or Municipal Court actions related to my name are expunged and eliminated; (5) any "federal" liens or garnishments premised on the idea that I ever was a federal employee, volunteer, or citizen issued against my name are removed." 

10. Guarantee: "It is my intent to live my life at peace as a Lawful Person, to uphold the Constitutions and the Public Law, and I do not propose to judge, blame, or harm anyone. I am here to claim what is mine, no more, no less, and to enforce the treaties, commercial contracts, and guarantees I am owed."

Is this situation clear enough, even for the boneheads among us? 

When you actually work for the Federal Government, you are obligated to act as a "US Citizen", when you are an "immigrant" in process of becoming naturalized, when you are a "dependent" of a Federal Employee, when you are claiming political asylum in the United States from another country, when you are knowingly and willingly occupying a federal political office, when you are knowingly and willingly acting as an officer of a federally chartered corporation--- in all those situations, you are obligated to act as a "US Citizen", but otherwise, you are under no such obligation and under no such political status--- unless you continue to claim such political status out of ignorance.

And absent a paycheck, etc., what other reason could there ever be for an American to adopt "US Citizenship"?  Why would you give up your Natural and Unalienable Rights for here-again-there-again "Civil Rights"?  Why would you agree to tax yourself (voluntarily) for up to 60% of your earnings?  Why would you subject yourself to more than 80,000 million statutory laws?  Why would you give up your property rights and assets?  And live as a "tenant" on your own land?  Why would you ever knowingly agree to any of this?

You wouldn't.

This has been a totally unconscionable contracting process imposed upon you from Day One.  Now that you are an adult, it's time to wake up and take action in your own behalf and the sooner the better.
