From the Office of the Fiduciary Regarding World Bank Transition

This announcement will doubtless come as a shock for many of you who have not been fully informed prior to this, but I have been named Fiduciary for all assets belonging to The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States, and more recently asked to function in the same capacity with respect to the resources of over 200 nations ---including yours, if you are receiving this communication --- so as to expedite repatriation of resources and organize a new financial system and provide for an orderly resumption of public government functions.

The first thing I wish to communicate to all of you is that there is no National Debt nor is there any interest accrued against any National Debt.

The appearance of a National Debt and accruing interest has been manufactured via phony bookkeeping.

These allegations of national indebtedness have been made possible via a simple ruse played against the national governments by the Central Banks.

These same Central Banks simply neglected to balance the books and apply your equal and answering National Credit and the interest owed to you on that credit.

As of March 9, 2022, at noon GMT, I am ordering this long-overdue bookkeeping to be done and for all purported National Debts to be erased and counterbalanced by application of the respective National Credits owed.

This necessary accounting and debt relief will not, however, automatically restore your credit liquidity as each country must undertake resumption of its public government functions for that to happen.

I must also tell you that your actual government has never been bankrupt in the history of the world. Sovereign entities are not eligible for bankruptcy protection.

All pretensions and claims of emergency and of emergency powers resulting from bankruptcy of incorporated government subcontractors are bunk. They were bunk in 1907, in 1925, in 1933 and ever afterward.

We have been asked how we have the authority and resources to do what we are doing, so I shall very briefly explain.

All Legacy and Historic and Bank Trusts, all of what you know and think of as "Off Ledger" accounts and as assets of the World Trust and so on, have been administered by Trustees acting in our names.

We are the Donors.

The Donors, not the Trustees, ultimately control all of these trusts --both public and private.

All assets belonging to each country and to each of the people living in each country will be returned and fully restored, debt free. Ample credit and underwriting for national currencies, will be made available, as well as access to prepaid credit. Ample Restoration Funds for infrastructure and environmental remediation and enhancement of natural resources will be made available interest-free.

Unlike the Trustees who were obligated to penny-pinch and make profit their primary objective, the Donors are free to extend interest free credit, engage in true philanthropic enterprises, entertain long-term and visionary investment projects, and take other initiatives that would not be possible for funds managed by custodial institutions and trustees.

The corporations that have been functioning "as" governments are bankrupt and will not have direct access to the new banking system. Each country's Master Account in the new system is established as an unincorporated International Trade Account; commercial corporations are not eligible to have Master Accounts, but may access and interface via subsidiary commercial accounts, so long as they are in good standing.

As of Midnight GMT on 24 March 2022 all rights, interests, assets, and physical titles, claims, and possessions of the United States, Incorporated, and its franchises and derivatives, and all similar rights, interests, assets, and physical titles, claims, and possessions of the United States of America, Incorporated, and its franchises and derivatives, both insolvent incorporated foreign Debtors/DEBTORS, revert to the ownership and possession of The United States, our National Government, and The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States, which are the Priority Creditors of these corporations in their respective jurisdictions.
As of this date and time, these incorporated entities have ceased to exist, and only the Principals remain. Please understand that our respective American Governments are the Priority Creditors of all British Territorial and Municipal United States persons, including incorporated entities of all kinds.
These corporations, their franchises, successors, derivatives and assigns are hereby Nationalized under the Due Course of International Law and by Operation of Law that returns all Delegated Powers to the Delegators upon contractual Failure to Perform. It is of paramount importance that everyone realize that there are two or more entities operating as “the” United States and as “the” United States of America and these are not our country nor are they our government. They are foreign services contractors that are supposed to be working in accord with and in obedience to their constitutional obligations, but for some years now, they have operated in fraud, added unauthorized layers of bureaucracy, promoted fraud against their employers, and extended “emergency powers” to themselves that do not exist.
These persons are criminals and are engaged in known criminal activities while acting under color of law and pretending to either be our government or to be associated with our government so as to steal our identities and access our credit and illegally, unlawfully, and immorally use our assets as collateral for their debts. These Debtors/DEBTORS have then contrived to confuse our people with their citizenry, so as to bring false claims of indebtedness against our Good Names and estates.
Nobody born on American soil should be presumed to be any form of United States Citizen, U.S. Citizen, citizen of the United States, or Municipal United States PERSON. All United States District Attorneys are to be on-call and required to produce admissible and verifiable evidence in all District Court cases necessary to ascertain the actual political status of Defendants/DEFENDANTS and are also required to prove voluntary and knowing acceptance of Federal citizenship obligations on the part of Defendants in order to establish jurisdiction for any District Court or enfranchised State-of-State Superior Court.
All foreign countries and nations are asked to assist us in disciplining and/or apprehending criminals who are misrepresenting themselves as Americans and/or mischaracterizing Americans as some form of United States citizenry.
All foreign countries and nations are asked to observe that Federal Reserve Notes are a domestic British Territorial currency that have to be repatriated and verified through the issuing Treasury and must have serial numbers that attach to verified accounts in order for repatriation and full face value exchange for international hard currency issued by the American Government to occur. In the case of counterfeit bills a 20% Finder Fee will be paid.
These arrangements are being made in the Public Interest of this country and all other countries that have been accepting Federal Reserve Notes without knowing their actual provenance, their status as a foreign domestic currency of the British Territorial United States, and without knowing the illegal basis of their valuation.
We are holding these persons and their legal tender in receivership.

Why No RV?

There is no RV and there can be no RV because there are presently 22 wars taking place in the world.

The bankers have agreements called "bank treaties" in place, agreeing that no RV can happen while there are active wars taking place.

So, if any two banks want to stop an RV for any reason, all they have to do is hire some mercenaries or stage a putsch of some kind, and voila -- no RV.

If logic prevails, there are somewhere between two and forty-four banks, or bank associations, keeping the madness going and preventing an RV.

All they need is a lot of money and a handful of thugs on each side to stop any Revaluation of Currency.

As the banks can make "money of account" out of thin air, money is no problem. Finding thugs is never a problem, either.

So long as these banks are allowed to operate and continue in this fashion, there is no hope of peace breaking out and an RV actually happening.

To all of you faithful followers of Judy Byington and everyone invested in Zim and Dinar and other foreign currency speculations, those who haunt the air waves waiting for the magic 800 numbers and the opening of the Redemption Centers --- wait no more.

The mystery of literally years of waiting and being told, "It will be on Friday", and "It will be on the Fourth of July", and "It will be...." and "We are really really close now...." is now solved.

There will be no RV until there are no wars going on worldwide.

So, unless we all collectively throttle the offending banks and keep them from funding wars for profit, there will never be an RV -- not in our lifetimes, and probably not ever.

With 22 wars going on right now, though only two of them, the wars in Ukraine and Israel, are being reported in the mainstream news, you can judge for yourselves what the likelihood of an RV is.

We have done our best to sound the alarm and bring world attention to the atrocities and loss of life in Africa as old European colonial powers seek to continue their control over the resources of Africa and to force able-bodied men from Africa to serve as "volunteers" in the Ukrainian War fiasco.

More than 600,000 people have been reported dead in Ethiopia alone.

Let that fact sink in, and as you do, remember this --- wars beget wars like bunnies beget bunnies.

The trauma and the atrocities of every war breed vengeance, and while everyone dreams of "their side" winning a crushing and all inclusive victory over everyone else on Earth, we all lose.

Even the winners in wars actually lose.

The only ones who win anything in a war are those who stage and promote and fund it --- the banks, the politicians, the mercenaries, and the "defense" subcontractors.

The average living people always lose and pay the war debts, one hundred percent of the time, and that's if they are lucky enough to escape with their lives.

These facts are never taught in public school, because our public schools have been run by the U.S. Military, which was unlawfully converted into a mercenary organization by Abraham Lincoln.

Read that -- our beloved military makes money being hired by banks to fight in mercenary wars for profit. No matter how they try to avoid that fact and drape their actions in patriotism, glory, and derring-do --- guarding a poppy field in Afghanistan is guarding a poppy field in Afghanistan.

Murdering civilians because those civilians have built homes on a piece of ground desired by wealthy developers, is still murdering civilians for profit.

The men doing this are still criminals and outlaws, pirates and brigands, and the days when we could claim ignorance and avoid the stench of this are gone.

You have to observe these things for yourselves, but once you do, you can't forget. And you probably can't forgive, either, which is the whole problem with wars and all wars to end wars.

The 600,000 Ethiopians killed all had friends and families, just as the people murdered in Lahaina and Gaza have friends and families. The survivors will hate the attackers with all their hearts and for all their days and teach their children the same, so that these wars, once begun, self-perpetuate.

The victims of these crimes will excuse it as "war" and not see it as profiteering. They will focus their hatred on the uniforms of the men in the field, and attribute these disasters to racism, or religion, or politics, or struggles over natural resources, but the actual blame should come home to roost where it belongs, with the bankers of Wall Street and Fleet Street and Shanghai and Jakarta and Abu Dhabi, Geneva, Brussels, Frankfurt, and Edinburgh.

If they didn't fund wars and ever-more deadly high-tech weapons, wars would stop.

If everyone gave pink slips to those public officials and military officers responsible for promoting wars and for war profiteering, wars would stop.

If we stripped the miserable renegades of their profits, wars would stop.

If we simply wised up our sons and daughters, wars would stop.

Most of all, if we just woke up en masse and said, "What the....?" one morning, and actually thought about wars and who profits from them, wars would stop.

Ask the famous, "Who benefits?" question.

The U.S. Military has been unlawfully converted into a Mercenary Force since the 1860s, and it has been directed ever since by a foreign, for-profit Municipal Corporation in the business of providing government services.

Put two plus two together and see if you come out with four?

Then take the over 950 military installations that Americans are paying for worldwide to the bank--- and know for certain that there will be no peace and no RV, either, until this situation is fully rectified.

More Practical Help for State Nationals -- Banking

In order to get by and thrive in life, you have to have a reasonable concern for "the other fellow" --- your family, your workmates, and yes, public employees, shopkeepers, veterinarians.... the list goes on. You also have to deal with bankers.
Most of the problems people are having with banks --- at least those that come over my desk --- are self-created and can be fixed just as quickly as they start.
Let's review some basics.
You are allowed by law to transact your business as you wish. You can, by law, use Federal Reserve Notes or United States Notes, either one. So, why not choose to use the lawful currency, United States Notes? This helps pay down the so-called "National Debt" and helps everyone in this country, including you.
The use of United States Notes presents a paper problem for the bank, because at any given time, most banks don't stock a lot of United States Notes, and they are worried that you are going to walk up to their cashier and want to cash out your account in United States Notes. If they ask, assure them that that is not your intention.
Not having enough United States Notes on hand could be a cause of embarrassment for the banks, or worse, cause people to think the bank is insolvent, etc., and cause a "bank run".
In reality, that is an extremely unlikely scenario, and denominating the funds in your accounts as United States Notes isn't actually the worry of the individual banks, because the government backs those denominated funds internationally as SDRs.
So, no actual worries for the banks, and you are, meanwhile, paying down the National Debt and making sure that your funds won't be subject to any bail-outs or bail-ins or other shenanigans.
If you bank is edgy about your decision to denominate the funds in your accounts as United States Notes, just sit them down and explain what I just explained to you. Many small town bankers are not all that familiar with the currency laws and the use of United States Notes. Set them at ease. It's your decision.
Next point.....
There is no reason to be scared of using a Social Security Account Number when setting up a bank account. The banks use this information to insure against losses, but if they get caught doing anything inappropriate with your Social Security Account, they get fried and served for lunch.
Social Security Numbers function as both CUSIPS and AUTOTRIS account numbers. The familiar version with dashes is the CUSIP account set aside for making charges. The much-less familiar AUTOTRIS version without dashes is the credit side of things. This is a direct demand account that FDR established "for" you without your knowledge or consent and dubbed a "special trust account" --- that you haven't known about or had access to. How convenient.
This "special trust account" was created by Executive Order 2039 and technically applied only to Municipal Employees....but via non-disclosure and fraud, the perpetrators entrapped almost everyone and then used it as the excuse to steal your name, your assets, your rights, and in many instances, even your lives.
That "trust account" is yours and it's time that you had the benefit of it.
So understand and make sure the bank understands that when they ask for your Social Security Number that they are asking for access to your trust account and to your Signature for their use as a rubber stamp---let them know that you are aware of what they are doing and that you will hold them individually 100% commercially liable if they do anything at all inappropriate with this information. To clip their wings be sure to use a "byline" and "without prejudice" and a small copyright notice (a small "c" surrounded by a circle) when you sign the Signature Card.
That identifies that particular signature as your own unique creation and places it under your private copyright. That means that not only will they be fried and served for dinner if they mess with your account, they will be deep-fat fried.
With that caveat, go forth and conquer.
The exact verbiage to safely endorse the back of a check and denominate the funds in "lawful money" --- is:

Please note that I don't have a copyright symbol in this program so the (c) above should actually be a small "c" that is completely encircled.
Use your Upper and Lower Case Signature to sign checks, like you were taught in school, and don't use any exotic punctuation or odd or inappropriate abbreviations like "ar" or "LS".
After all --- "ar" might mean "all rejected" or anything else at all, and "LS" --- "Living Soul" certainly doesn't belong on a check.
Also consider that if you were a bank and someone was placing a restriction on their signature using unknown abbreviations, you would have cause to be alarmed, too.
Just think about what you are doing and in which arena you are operating and play it straight. Most banks are aware of their fiscal responsibility to their customers and are only asking that you be reasonable and explicit --that is, honest, about what you are doing and what you expect of them in return.
So spell it out. Say, "All rights reserved." or "Without prejudice". That's perfectly okay for you to say or do and nobody should have any concern about that --- but "ar" or "wp" won't do.
Admittedly, if you get numerous checks you could get writer's cramp doing endorsements, so get a self-inking rubber stamp at a copy shop, and all you have to do is add your signature.
Finally, you should be aware that there advantages to running your affairs as a small independent business which are "corporate" but not "incorporated". This places your business squarely in the realm of international trade, which offers you protections when conducting business with commercial (incorporated) corporations and makes it clear that you are not subject to commercial presumptions.
Ah, so. When a commercial corporation tries to attack you or seize your bank account they find it to be a much more difficult proposition. Most of them, including the IRS and other privateers prefer to go after lower hanging fruit.
If you are dealing with a commercial bank (most are) they will want you to have a business license when setting up an account, which is to protect them, not you. But having met that hurdle for a time, and presuming that you are conducting your business exclusively with lawful money, you can let the license lapse and operate as a truly private business, even though you are using the services of a commercial bank.
The commercial corporations can mess with their own script and control their own affairs and employees within reasonable limits. The transition from a licensed small business with limited commercial obligations to a private business functioning entirely in the realm of international trade should be viewed as similar to the transition when you move from one state or country to another.
Most banks are dependent on small businesses which by far employ the greatest number of people in any given community and which generate the lion's share of GDP. The last thing they want to do is drive your business away.
That said, the banks need to get their act together, too, and show you the care and respect that you deserve. If they treat you well and keep your accounts secure, they've done their job. If not, the pendulum swings and other alternatives must and will be sought.
I have a very handy reference on my desk that shows how to convert a "Federal" Credit Union into a State Credit Union --- and I am not talking about a "State of State" Credit Union, I am talking about an actual State Credit Union.
Credit Unions naturally belong in the realm of international trade and are perfect for the needs of average people and small businesses. Most of us would be well-served and well-advised to do most, if not all, of our business with credit unions as a result. We simply do not need the array of services and regulations associated with big commercial banks.
So just sit down for a few minutes out of your life and think seriously about what is best for you and for your country. How do you want to conduct business? What services do you need? How are you going to sign your checks? Which currency will you use? What impact does that decision have on your funds and accounts--- and on your country?
Although money and often, lack of it, consumes an inordinate amount of effort and concern in our lives, we are taught almost nothing about it in school ---- for the simple reason that what you don't know benefits crooks and leaves you more vulnerable to pirates.
When you think about the efforts that you make to earn money, doesn't it make sense that you should think about what money is? What credit is? What securities are? How banks work? How important is your signature? How can it be abused?
There are many questions that most Americans never ask and we really should --- for our own sake and the sake of our country, too.
Most people choose a bank at random. They go to that bank because their parents went to that bank, or because some high-flyer friend uses it, or because its on the way home. That's not the way to choose a bank.
Banks are run by people and you want a bank that shares your values and which offers the services you need.
For most of us, that means we want a bank that is operating under a State Charter and which has been in business for a long time serving people just like us.
Let's face it, most of us have no reason or need or ability to be transferring millions of dollars around the globe, so why would we take our business to one of the huge, glitzy commercial banks?
No. Most of us need a Mom and Pop bank or credit union, one that is locally chartered and controlled by actual people that we either know, or can get to know.
Most of the bankers I have met in my lifetime are extremely lonely people. Most of them really do care about their communities and their employees and the services they provide. Within the weird world of a credit-debt currency system and double accrual accounting, they are doing the best they can.
And they love it when they get an "Attaboy!" or "Attagirl!"
So instead of treating your bank like a convenient public toilet, stop a moment and think about your bank. What do you really know about it? It's history? Who runs it? The laws and regulations that impact it?
If you have questions or concerns --- ask, discuss, learn. Most bankers are happy to share their expertise and will give good advice if they are asked.
As with any other human endeavor, you have Good Guys and Bad Guys.
So take the time to actually think about your bank and your banking needs and do some research and soul-searching. It's your money and your credit----and your life.
How do you want to conduct your business to best benefit yourself, your community, and your country as a whole?

Years of gross counterfeiting by Obama and his handlers, as well as purposeful manipulation by the Central Banks involved, have taken the Federal Reserve Note to the brink of extinction and there is nothing anyone can do about that.

It has been known since the days of Thomas Jefferson that fiat currencies and central banks always have the same result -- first by inflation and then by deflation, any value of the currency is extracted and siphoned off by the guilty banks responsible. The banks split the take with the government -- whatever form the government takes. The currency used for these venal purposes inevitably collapses.

So none of this should surprise anyone. This is what allowing Central Banks to issue fiat currencies always results in, and as this cogent, though somewhat technical article (link below) explains, we are once again being set up just as we were set up for the Great Depression.

Only this time, if we allow it to happen, it will be worse.

Mr. Trump's Tariffs are a desperate attempt to raise immediate funds for his corporation's operations at the expense of consumers, but those consumers are already on the ropes. As the writer (above) notes, this is the same exact set up as the Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act of 1930. An exact replay.

The Smoot-Hawley Tariffs collapsed the economy in this country and triggered a worldwide domino effect.

Why would we expect any other outcome from doing it again?

And as the writer further points out, people desperate to find some kind of investment market opportunity are piling onto the stock market which is being artificially pumped up --- just like 1929.

Do we really have to go through that lesson again? Or worse?

No, we do not.

But first, let's stop a moment with some "silent advice" from Elon Musk, Warren Buffet, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates and Jamie Dimon --- all of whom have sold off large chunks of their private stock holdings in their own companies --- and bought gold, silver, land, and any other physical assets they could glom onto using Federal Reserve Notes.

This should tell you that both your stocks and your currency are worthless and that no sane person should sell a house, land, or anything else of actual value at this moment. Why? Because you would lose your actual, physical asset, and be left with nothing but a pile of worthless paper in the exchange.

Conversely, if you wait for the collapse, you will be able to pay off any mortgages or debts with that same worthless paper at whatever rate of interest you currently have --- which will be astronomically better than any deals available to anyone trying to secure a new loan.

So not only your house and land and gold are worth vastly more, but even your low-interest fixed rate loan becomes an asset in such a situation.

Donald Trump is going to offer you a one-time Bust for Glory payment of $1.1 M per household, which will probably just come as an unadorned check in the mail.

This payment will be bally-hooed as a return of money that is owed to you, and that much is true. Actually, it's a tiny percentage of the money that is owed to you.

What won't be told to you is that your innocent acceptance of this partial payment --- which is literally peanuts compared to what the banks and corporations owe you --- will be misrepresented as your acceptance of an unstated, undisclosed debt settlement offer.

They actually owe you $38M each as an approximation, and that is just settlement for the silver they purloined in 1934 -- and it is not an in-kind settlement, which makes it "inequitable", too.

They took both your silver and gold in exchange for a paper I.O.U. and now they are offering you more paper as settlement of this debt.

Run, like an antelope, away. Or plan out your strategy to accept the check and endorse it as a partial payment only.

What Mr. Trump either doesn't know or won't explain, is that this "Last Hurrah" payment will be the absolute and final end of the Federal Reserve Note as a species of currency.

As everyone rushes out to buy a new car or pay off a mortgage they don't owe or simply goes to get their dental work done using this windfall, hyperinflation of a kind not seen since the Weimar Republic will follow.

This is because money is like manure. If you use just enough, the plants thrive; if you use too much, the plants die. The sudden influx of this much "private consumer credit" into an already starved market will create a big boom followed by a big bust.

And we already know that, so why are we doing it?

From Mr. Trump's perspective, he's off-loading a lot of his corporation's debts for cheap, cheap, cheap. He will be paying out $1 and writing off $37 in debt. What corporate director doesn't like those odds?

He's also getting rid of the pesky Federal Reserve Note, which is evidence of crimes committed against us all.

Trump might even wrangle a "I tried to do the right thing" degree of credibility out of it, but that won't overcome the "He's a complete idiot." response. And people will remember "Operation Warp Speed" which had a similar Modus Operandi and result.

If you are going to sell property, wait until you can exchange something of value for something of value, instead of exchanging an actual asset for a pile of butt wad.

Conversely, if you are wanting to buy property, it's best to wait and put that off, too, because right now the market is grossly overvalued as a result of the billionaire's buying spree. The housing market is being propped up artificially, and based on the influx of the Last Hurrah credit entering the market, prices might be propped up for a little while after that hits.

Inevitably, housing prices will crash and they will bottom out and sit at the bottom of the fish tank for a good long while. This will grossly harm older Americans whose largest lifetime investment and largest asset tends to be their home.

The Crash in housing will result from overbuilding (not as bad as China, but bad enough), inflation, increased taxes, and less consumer demand.

The Geniuses in Charge managed to arrange a population collapse at the same time as the currency collapse.

The exit of the Baby Boomers from the private consumer stage was bound to create a downturn in new construction and generation of new mortgages, simply because there are fewer people in the following generations -- therefore, less demand for houses.

Fewer people and smaller families means less demand for everything overall.

Less demand means a contraction of the entire economy and this time, that collapse will be so stark that nobody and no amount of paper propaganda will be able to hide it.

England has been in population collapse since WWI. America has been in population collapse since WWII. And no amount of forced immigration will change that.

Sadly, the one thing that could have and would have eventually changed that --- peace and plenty --- was prevented by the so-called Defense Sector.

They have to have a war to make a buck, and this time, they made the mistake of murdering and maiming millions of people and polluting human DNA in a way that will permanently reduce the population forever.

Any need for them and their "products" will also be grossly and permanently reduced, but they didn't think about that.

They were too busy managing "the herd" to realize that they are part of the herd and dependent on it.

After all, who needs a slave master when the slaves are dead or chemically lobotomized?

Capitalism may be dead, but so is Communism and all the other "isms". By the time this is done, there won't be anything called a "political economy" or anything recognizable as an economy at all.

Being able to run the world as anything but a militaristic slave colony will depend on the creativity of the living people to develop their own separate banking system --- and this we have done.

We noted early on that we don't need to go through any New Great Depression, because we have already learned those lessons, know the causes, and recognize the signs.

All we have to do is outlaw the Central Banks, discharge vast amounts of Odious Debt, and "flip the ledger" --- instead of running the world economy on the debt side of the ledger, run it off the already existing prepaid credit side of the ledger.

The only harm this does is punish the bank's profits and take away control of illegally created Slush Funds. Given the Bad Faith, Fraud, Deceit, and Breach of Trust demonstrated by the banks, they need to be punished with immediate liquidation and nationalization.

We could additionally help ourselves by decimating the Defense Industry and getting rid of the For-Profit Health Sector.

Continuing to invest in "More and Better" ways to kill people is leading to the brink of our extinction, and continuing to run healthcare as a for-profit business sector is leading to the same result.

As long as Mr. Trump is employed to do dirty work for the Committee of 300 (basically, the heirs of the old British East India Company) he will not be an effective leader for this country in any respect --- and neither will anyone else brought forward by the same interests.

The base problem, above and beyond anything else, is that these unelected and unaccountable and unseen Third Parties have been running the show behind closed doors and running it to suit themselves in gross breach of trust.

We have seen their "fruits" in three centuries-worth of war and mayhem for profit, in the face of ruthless colonialism, and in their present attempts to harm the public using lawfare, propaganda, central bank manipulations, "private taxation", and fraud against the Public Interest.

They even played a central role in attempting to steal the assets of the Avila Family Trust and more than 5,000 other family trusts and common law foundation trusts; as of 2005, they all knew who the Heir of the Avila Family Trust was and signed off their leadership's Powers of Attorney to him, but only two years later (2007), the same rogue players latched onto his assets and set up a cozy accommodation benefiting the "People of the Philippines" --- the Trustees, instead of the Donor-Beneficiary.

It's time for them to make amends on all these scores, or go trotting off the back stage into a well-deserved oblivion.

The banks are collapsing for an intrinsically stupid reason: the Federal Reserve Banks have been caught red-handed in an enslavement and peonage racket against Public Employees and their Dependents (including millions of Americans deliberately misidentified as such), and as its so-called Federal Reserve Notes aka FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES were based on kickbacks from these securitized labor contracts, they are no longer able to provide the member banks with enough cash to do transactions.
This is leading banks to close their doors, as they don’t have the Magic Widgets to meet the demands of consumers.
This whole situation underscores the idiocy of believing in fiat “money of account” based on blood money– that is an alleged public interest in labor and performance contracts, or, to update the concept, a digital currency that costs virtually nothing to produce and nothing to give and nothing to take away, either.
Here, as revealed by their own courts, are the facts about Federal Reserve Notes:
Money “does not include treasury notes”. Foquet v. Headley, 3 Conn. 534, 536.
In legal acceptation, “money” means current metallic coins; therefore, an indictment for embezzling “money” is not sustainable by proof of embezzling greenbacks or national currency notes.” Block v. State, 41 Tex. 620, 622.
The term “money” does not include bank notes. They pass as cash, and constitute a part of the circulating medium, and for many purposes are to be considered as money; but, in the strict sense of the term, they are not included therein.” Dowdle v. Corpening, 32 N.C. 58,60.
“Money,” as used in the Crimes Act, section 13, providing that any person stealing any money, the property of another, shall be guilty of larceny, cannot be construed to include bank bills, for strictly bank bills are not money, though for many purposes they are treated as such.” Johnson v. State, 11 Ohio St. 324,325.
The term “money,” in the statute defining robbery as taking from the person of another any money or personal property of any value whatsoever, with force and violence, and with intent to steal or rob, does not include bank notes.” Turner v. State, 1 Ohio St. 422,426.
“Federal Reserve Notes are not dollars.” U.S. Treasury, General Counsel, Munk. Both notes and checks are acknowledgments of indebtedness and promise of payment.” Hegeman v. Moon, 131 N.Y. 462, 30 N.E. 487. Smith v. Treuhart et al, 223 N.Y.S. 481;
This overall theme of getting something for nothing, while acting “as” the government or as a government-related entity, continued unabated from 1865 to today.
The Federal Reserve stole our actual money, beginning with the Greenback Scandal in the 1870s and again in 1907 in which they “exchanged” our gold for their paper; they did it again when they “exchanged” our silver for their paper in the 1930’s, and finally, they are trying it one more time — and failing — right now, as they try to find a substitute for securitized slave labor contracts and peonage contracts, which are and always have been illegal, unlawful, and immoral as Hell in this country.
There was nothing equitable about this series of “exchanges” of our gold, our silver, or our labor as “presumed to exist” Federal Employees and Dependents.
The only way these Pikers got away with it, was because they acted under color of law, and while only being foreign corporations engaged in providing certain stipulated and enumerated services, they pretended to be our lawful government.
Their actions were all done under force and color of law, under the oversight of the British Monarch, the various Popes, and the Government of Westminster, all of whom acted in Gross Breach of Trust and in violation of their commercial service contracts owed to the American People, using our own unlawfully converted military as a disguised foreign Mercenary Service illegally occupying our country and paid for with our own money.
Franklin Delano Roosevelt fully admitted that his Administration collected an additional 20,000 Metric Tons of privately held gold from Americans under force and color of law, and that he distributed 6,000 MT to the “new” Federal Reserve that got started during his tenure, and another 14,000 MT to the then-new World Bank and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The same foreign incorporated government service providers regularly sought bankruptcy protection from what should have been their own employees constituting their “public”— but which was gratuitously extended to all Americans, along with phony registration of our babies as U.S. Citizens — so that we were made responsible for their debts based on totally unconscionable contracts.
These are all known international crimes and commercial swindles involving enfranchisement and impersonation, and they differ only in that they have been carried out on a grand and organized scale, giving rise to a new meaning of “organized crime”.
Now, the same erstwhile Employees who have been responsible for all the prior breaches of Law and Trust are sitting in their Territorial “Congress” trying to gather the guts to pass House Resolution 5404, which would assign a gold value to United States Dollars.
We have already issued a new gold-backed American currency, the American Federation Dollar, and have already set its exchange value.
We note that none of these foreign Persons have any authority to issue actual money “for” our States, which is a right that the States have always retained for themselves and their Federation of States.
You can read their contracts, The Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the United States of America all day long, and never see a single reference to these entities having any function related to gold or silver or actual money.
What you will see is Article 1, Section 10, referencing our States of the Union, not any element of our Federal Government at all.
HR 5404 is beyond the scope of their authorities and duties and is moot anyway, because our Federation of States has already done what is necessary and has established a new gold-backed American currency.

End the Confusion Now

There is a Global Family Group Private Membership Association (PMA) that shares a core belief in love being expressed as a specific vibrational state -- a "frequency" of love, if you will --- and they are devoted to exploring this research and the whole phenomenon of frequency being a way to identify various emotional and intellectual states, and how to put this knowledge into practical applications in our lives. It is a budding science and area of exploration. I know that it has acquired somewhat the "feel" of a religious cult, but it is a science, not a religion, that is being applied. This has actual, factual, reproducible mechanics and effects that are being studied --- not just "believed in".
As this new science is being applied many discoveries are being made. We have the beginnings of an explanation to such questions as --- how do we communicate without words? And even across vast distances? How could Jesus and other Teachers know a person's history, without being told anything about them? Is love infectious? How do miraculous healings occur? Why is classical music beneficial to plant growth? How do energy frequencies generated by people affect them? And the world around them?
So you can think of the Global Family Group PMA as a scientific study group --- experimenting with this new knowledge and exploring what they can discover about it and how it may be applied.
You don't have to be a PMA member to have a bank account, which is a separate matter. It is, however, important to be aware of the existence of the PMA, so that you are not confused and can explain that the similarly-named PMA is not the bank and vice versa.
The United States of America (Unincorporated) chartered The Global Family International Trade Bank and The Global Family Bank of Commerce as the first two institutions in our new "Blue Dot Bank System" a year ago. Since then, over a dozen more pairs of banks have been set up with each country having its own international trade bank and its own commercial bank, and all these banks being able to work together in their own system to deal with both actual assets (international trade banks) and commercial scrip (commercial banks).
We decided to work with Global Family Group to develop the bank system because they have the scientific and technological resources needed and they share our traditional American values of freedom, equality, inclusiveness, self-governance, accountability, and simplicity.
Our banks are old fashioned banks. We use carriage accounting. We don't latch onto depositor's credit. We have our own "generations ahead" encryption and transfer system. Everything is simple and self-evident and user-friendly. We have the ability to exercise the American Exchange Rate to convert fiat dollars into silver dollars and have the ability to transfer lawful money or convert it back and forth into fiat. Credit unions in the Blue Dot System are set up to disburse back prepaid credit using Vendor cards to debit expenditures.
This entire bank system is tailored to serve people and small business concerns. Because lawful funds are not subject to seizures and unilateral corporate actions such as "bail outs" and "bail ins"---- our international trade banks are a much safer and more stable banking platform for people's retirement and investment accounts and savings. Our banks also extend privacy that the present banking system does not offer. This is because under the current system, banking and government got commingled, and the consumer's interest got sold out.
This is how the IRS, a private bill collector, alleging debts against commercial corporations named after us, can come into a bank that is operated by the same parent corporation that the IRS works for, and mischaracterize your earnings as "federal income" and garnish your accounts. The banks and the IRS are both franchises of the "government services" corporation that is benefiting from this theft and misrepresentation.
Our unincorporated banks don't allow that.
We stand under Public Law, so we don't have private regulations and private regulators to deal with. The rules are the rules and everyone can read them. We have Bank Stewards to provide Third Party Oversight and a Bank Ombudsman Office to deal with customer complaints. We deliberately keep everything super simple and service oriented. No fine print. No legal jargon. No hidden costs or endangerments.
All the banks in the system share the same charter requirements and the same one-page bank treaty, so whether you are in Bangor, Maine, as or Lagos, Nigeria, you know what the bank charter and bank treaty says. There are no special, different, or secret back door deals. All banks in the Blue Dot System have the same mission, the same requirements, the same agreements. And the Public can read what those guiding principles are. Banks in our system are free to make a profit based on services and products, but profit is not their only reason for existence, and they are free to use bank profits to expand services, fund public projects, or do charitable works in their communities.
Thus, the Blue Dot Banks will have access to philanthropic project funding and will be working side-by-side with project managers to ensure success. As each community responds and brings forward their own unique vision and talents, the Blue Dot Banks will be the "go to" place for funding and project consultation.
Having had a taste of this new system, I can tell you that it is friendly and open --- the opposite of the grim, guarded, funeral-parlor atmosphere that most banks project. The Blue Dot Banks, like the people who own them and run them, are called to be their best and do their best and that is all they have to worry about in the world, because they aren't involved in preying upon others, don't practice usury, and have no secrets. Like a man with a good conscience, they are set free.
We chartered the banks in this system because we have had it with banks acting as corporate predators and as criminal conspirators and getting away with it. We, living people, deserve something different and better. So, this is it -- our Blue Dot Bank System, designed for the security, peace of mind, happiness, and prosperity of mankind. No other agendas.
So, don't worry about the involvement of the Global Family Group PMA as bank members or promoters of the new bank system. They have their own mission and scientific interests that they are pursuing in tandem with building the best and most honest banking system possible. The two separate interests are not mutually exclusive --- in fact, they are complimentary. When everything we do is coming from a place within that is rooted in honesty, simplicity, and yes---- love for mankind, when we stop paying the usury of sin and debt, and start paying the dividends of gratitude and self-awareness, miracles aren't only possible. They are likely.
Onward and upward, as the saying goes. We aren't being impractical. We aren't asking anything from anyone, except a change of mind. Stop worrying so much about yourselves and start thinking more about the world around you. What can you do to help this country and this planet -- its plants, animals, and people? It may be nothing more than picking up a piece of litter, sweeping a driveway, or helping an elderly neighbor mow their lawn. Most of the time our actual "debt" doesn't require heroism. It requires caring.
We have three generations of children in this country who don't know their history and have been taught to have the wrong values in life. They have been encouraged to think of nothing but themselves and their most base instincts and desires. We fell asleep at the wheel and let evil, self-interested, faceless corporations rule the day, and we have paid dearly for that mistake. Now comes the correction that is long overdue. And the Blue Dot Banks are part of that correction.
Assembly by Assembly, group by group, one by one --- open your accounts with joy and confidence. It's our money. It's our assets. It's our credit. We know that now and we aren't going to be deluded into thinking that any of it belongs to a bank or the government or some other corporation. We are the value. This realization paves the way for an entirely new paradigm in banking and in life.
I hope that people read this --- and read again and again as many times as it takes to sink in. I don't want there to be any confusion between the Global Family Group PMA and the Global Family Banks in the Blue Dot Bank System. They are separate endeavors and you do not have to join or have any relationship with the PMA in order to have a bank account.
