ICLEI, the ‘International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives,’ was founded in 1990. It is the result of the meeting of 43 countries at the United Nations in New York. While this international body plans its ‘sustainable development’ ruse, your property rights are under threat. It is part of the “Earth Summit,” Agenda 21, Maurice Strong, United Nations conglomerate.

Still known as ICLEI, it changed its name to “Local Governments for Sustainability.” It in essence imposes soft law on otherwise sovereign lands. However, its web is larger than you may know.
