It has not escaped our Notice that the Parliament now acting and the Judiciary now operating has taken its Oath of Allegiance to King Charles of Scotland and that the Bank of England is scrambling to remain solvent and will not be able to stop the hemorrhage of pension fund assets, and the collapse of much of the real estate market and the stock market. 

We realize that there are multiple Crowns involved in your system of Government affecting the different realms and jurisdictions, and most particularly, of current concern, the Crown of Scotland and the Chair of the Estates. 

We wish both Monarchs to know that we are not bound by the words, deeds, or debts of our Federal Subcontractors which usurp upon the sovereign powers of our States or which strain against the limits of our delegated powers via the assertion of so-called Emergency Powers. 

We did not provide for any such “extra” authorities appended to our constitutional contracts with Westminster or the British Monarchy and object to the presumption of such powers both generally and specifically. 

None of the “wars” engaged in by your respective Territorial Governments from 1860 to today have been wars; they have all been Mercenary Conflicts by definition —- undisclosed illegal and unlawful Mercenary Conflicts, and to this day, these activities remain both illegal and unlawful, whereupon we call upon you in the sight of the Living God and all nations to Cease and Desist these activities. 

You may make your money from war and destruction and the promotion of death and injustice; we cannot dictate your material interests or your moral sense in terms of your investments—- but we can observe that the Naval Agency and Distribution Act of 1864 does not apply to us, our people, our assets, our land, or our American Government. 

We may also observe that the Trading With the Enemy Act, the Buck Act, and numerous other affronts to our Public Law, are offenses against our Constitutions, which have been promoted by your foreign Territorial Governments and misapplied to our populace. 

These and other Acts referencing your own citizenry have been misapplied to members of our General Public and illegal confiscation of American assets has been rife for six generations as your private corporation tribunals and foreign Admiralty Courts have illegally, unlawfully, and immorally “latched upon” average Americans who are not Federal Employees or Dependents, and have impersonated your American Employers, have seized upon them and their private estates as collateral for your debts, and in the case of Scotland, have even gone so far as to impersonate our Federation of States and have done business “in our name” fraudulently in order to access our credit—- exactly like any credit card hacker impersonates their victim and illegally accesses their credit via pretense and crimes of personage. 

We are aware that these same practices have been promoted throughout much of the world as well as America, but the fraud, personage crimes, strong-arm racketeering, and misapplication of law and violation of service contracts remains just as repugnant in each and every case. 

Your Governments have pretended to be the primary Creditors of your Employers, while in fact, all  of your activities have been paid for by your victims and your Governments are the actual Debtors overall.  

We may owe you for stipulated services, but in fact, all expenses including the salaries and pensions  of your officers and dependents have been paid for, all the equipment, all the materials, and everything else, has been paid for via the use and abuse of our fraudulently purloined credit. 

These are not the actions or activities of honest men or honest governments.  These are the actions of white collar inland pirates engaged in activities including press-ganging and enslavement which have been outlawed worldwide since 1821 and 1926, respectively. 

Whereupon we call upon both Monarchs to Cease and Desist in these repugnant practices and pretenses. 

We also note that any “carbon tax” should in fact be applied to oxygen reducers, and specifically to those industries whose activities have resulted in the decrease of atmospheric oxygen.  Funds should be allocated to clean up the oceans and plant new forests, not spent on cow diapers, in our opinion. 

Finally, we are aware of the part that both your Governments have played in the development and promotion of the entire C-19 Fiasco and attempts to claim that recipients of this phony “vaccine” are rendered Genetically Modified Organisms, and are therefore owned  as property under patent by the Perpetrators. 

Our actual American Government took action to prevent any such repugnant commercial claim and for your information, it is our Public Law that no such commercial claims can be made against living people. 

It is not our desire to harm anyone or any Government.  We are, however, determined that these criminal practices, abuses of commercial privileges and public service contracts, and other repugnant activities must come to a stop. 

We hope that common sense and self-interest will prevail, and that the Crowns of Great Britain will be used appropriately to end these and other criminal activities and to prevent ill-conceived and destructive commercial hoaxes such as the C-19 GMO claims and carbon taxes.

It is not our purpose to waste time or cause disruption in efforts to fix blame on people long dead, nor is it our wish to harm those now living.  We are simply preventing more crime and more disruption and keeping the peace, which is everyone's Public Duty worldwide. 

It has come to our attention that the ASVLP and ASBLP Accounts and numerous other asset accounts including the Spiritual White Boy and Alpha and Omega and the affiliated accounts entrusted to the World Bank and the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development and numerous other institutions have not been deployed as ordered and intended by the Donors of the Funds and we are hereby re-claiming those accounts for default of contractual obligations on the part of the World Bank and its affiliates and any would-be Successors. 

It is a fact known to us as men and women that the funds were provided with the intention to make available more than sufficient funds for the delivery of government services and performance of government functions worldwide without the need to tax anyone.  

We have discovered that instead of following the instructions of the Donors, taxation continued and increased, and that governments poor-mouthed and pretended that they were in great, even insurmountable debt due to the destruction of the wars --- when in fact all their operational costs and costs of rebuilding were covered. 

Instead of disciplining those in receipt of our funds, the World Bank and its affiliates continued disbursements and played politics and allowed the travesty of this double-dipping. 

These miscreant governments even presented false mortgages and enforced evictions against the people whose credit these governments used to secure an interest in the victim's own property.  This criminal activity has led to millions of people being evicted from their homes and businesses under color of law, which is expressly what we, the Donors, sought to avoid.  The guilty parties displaced their own Benefactors and illegally, unlawfully, and immorally impersonated and securitized living flesh. 

This Gross Trespass against Humanity must end and the institutionalized fraud and illegal press-ganging by coerced and undisclosed registration activities must stop.  

This Order to the World Bank by the Founders and Underwriters of the World Bank and its Affiliates is in the Nature of a Claim and Demand to return all Assets and Credit derived from our assets to the Donors' control and credit and to note that a state of war no longer exists in The United States. 

As of 25 June 2022 we will be closing the books and all related charge and abatement and expense accounts that have been predicated on the assumption of a state of war related to the purported continuance of The American Civil War, First World War, Second World War, and any other wars or conflicts in which armed hostilities have ceased more than three years prior to 25 June 2022. 

On that day, 25 June 2022, the accounts related to these historical conflicts will be closed and a final fiscal audit conducted and forwarded to our Office of Reconciliation.  A  Final Universal Proclamation of Peace and Reconciliation officially ending the  historic wars and conflicts will also be issued and memorialized.  Any other or additional questions related to this directive may be forwarded to me as the Fiduciary for The United States of America.  

The cost of retaining any occupational force after 25 June 2022 shall be at the discretion of each country and the cost for such retention will be borne by each country.  

Any country or nation having any due cause to object to this Final Accounting and Peace Proclamation Process must enter its claim prior to 25 June 2022 by presentment to our Office of Reconciliation at the address shown below. 

We further Notice that in the overall accounting The United States of America is owed one ounce of fine silver for every fiat Federal Reserve Note issued against our credit by the foreign Principals responsible for the corporations issuing these Notes since 1913 and that this is an insurmountable asset debt unaffected by the bankruptcies of incorporated governments. We are hereby invoking and exercising our secured interest in this debt and we are fully informing the World Bank and its Affiliates.

The Donors and Underwriters who are the Preferential and Priority Creditors of the World Bank, it's affiliates and franchises and successors, have announced the creation of a new banking system designed for the needs of living people and small businesses, which will expedite recovery of the world economy from the ground up and finally guarantee the direct disbursement of pre-paid credit as compensation owed to those injured by the criminal mis-administration of the world monetary system for the past 160 years.  

This Bilateral Blue Dot Bank System is designed to provide direct relief and tax free compensation benefits as well as providing a means of equitable exchange of foreign currencies for gold and silver-backed American money.  As each country opens its own Bilateral Bank operating under an American Charter, it will be able to access this direct exchange benefit.  Nobody anywhere in the world needs to be afraid of rumors that Federal Reserve Notes are worthless, nor should anyone lose interest in acquiring Treasury Bonds.

This message is especially important for the Vatican Chancery Court and the United Nations as a whole, but it is directed to all the billionaire business elite tycoons gathered in Davos, Switzerland.
The UN CORP chartered in Vichy France in 1943, during World War II, founded by French and Belgian Nazis --- is a real problem for you, the United Nations Organization.
First, the WHO side of the World Health Organization is caught bilking the World Bank on Pandemic Bonds and contributing to the false pandemic narrative in exchange for kickbacks from the vaccine manufacturers.
Second, NATO is caught with its member's hands in the Ukraine putsch and later, the development of all sorts of illegal bioweapon research and production facilities in Ukraine.
Third, we have discovered all sorts of adrenochrome "factories" operating on mothballed DOD properties scattered throughout The United States --- complete with manifests for the "missing" children.

Your drugs are dangerous, addictive, and over-priced. Your "fertilizers" ruin the soil. Your vaccines cause diseases instead of preventing them. Your food provides little or no nutrition. Your water supplies are all tainted with heavy metals and poisonous metallic salts. The police services we pay for serve only to protect you and your cronies and your investments. Your so-called money is paper promises to pay someday.

Letter to the Joint Chiefs -- 24 June 2020

Gentlemen:

We are enclosing the substance of our letter sent to United Nations Secretary General Guterres and President Trump this morning.

If you value your power, your jobs, your pensions, your reputations or anything else in this world, you'd better get off your flat asses and shut down the Plan-demic "live exercise" and come to heel right about now.

And as for President Trump, you'd better take very good care of him. He is the only one of you that has a firm contract. The rest of you can be dismissed like so many farts in the wind.

Letter to United Nations Secretary-General, June 24, 2020

Dear Mr. Guterres and Mr. Trump:

It has come to our attention that our doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, and other respected health care professionals have been illegally conscripted as "Uniformed Officers" and also illegally licensed so as to coerce their compliance with political agendas and promote the use of these professionals to conduct "war" on our shores.

Our doctors have been forced for fear of not being able to make a living in their profession, to participate in the thoroughly illegal, immoral, and unlawful practice of presuming political statuses upon babies, which has resulted in a virtual genocide on paper against the civilian population in this country.

The doctors, though personally and morally culpable to the extent that they have known the result of their participation in issuing "Birth Certificates" are not to be held generally liable; that burden devolves upon the politicians who wrote and adopted the offending Federal Code and upon the Principals who allowed this without oversight.

We are suspending all Medical Doctor's licenses in this country and the licenses of all other Health Care Professionals. All those affected will be able to continue with their work without regard to the American Medical Association (AMA) union, and without regard to any punishments or limitations offered under any Federal or Federal franchise State-of-State Code. Former Medical Doctors will henceforth function as Private Physicians on our shores, and any future oversight deemed necessary in the interests of public health will be done by the civilian government.

Similarly, all nurses, pharmacists, dentists, and other health care professionals are released from any conscription into Federal Service as Medical Officers licensed by the American Medical Association (AMA) or any other professional guild.

These persons may not be used for any obligatory military service against their will and may not be coerced by any "required" license or guild card issued by any labor union or professional association operating a closed shop. This goes for both the American Medical Association and its practices and both the American Bar Association and the United States Bar Association.

We have reason to believe that Medical Personnel are being used on a worldwide basis to conduct a form of proxy mercenary war against the civilian population of many countries and that these crimes are being purposefully predicated on deceit and abuse of Public Trust in the medical profession--- a trust placed in these professionals without knowing that these professionals have been conscripted and coerced under involuntary military service obligations.

Thus, any Medical Doctor could be forced to lie under oath, to give false information to patients, to prescribe ineffective or even harmful medications and therapies, to sign false Birth Certificates, to recommend harmful practices such as giving untested and dangerous vaccinations, to present false test results, to falsify scientific research, and undertake other acts of "war" against reason and the Public Good.

We believe that our medical professionals have been pressed into service in exactly this kind of activity with regard not only to the issuance of falsified birth records, but also in the development and delivery of harmful vaccines and pharmaceuticals, the promotion of abortion and sale of fetal tissues and organs, and now, the staging of a False Flag in China, the development and release of an enhanced version of the Common Cold Virus to target the world's elderly population, and forced participation in this quasi-military "operation" designed to fool and bilk and traumatize the public that these men and women are otherwise supposed to serve.

These activities are pre-planned and heinous in all regards, costing trillions of dollars and disruption of services and the uprooting and unemployment of hundreds of millions of people worldwide.

We are therefore taking these actions and inviting all member nations of the United Nations to follow suit in the prompt removal of all military service conscription and military licensing of medical and legal professionals, and also in bringing prompt prosecution against those governmental services corporations and professional associations that are responsible for this gross betrayal of public trust and deplorable misuse of medical and legal professionals as "soldiers" in illegal mercenary wars.
We wish for the Plan-demic to be shut down and exposed as-- and exactly as US Secretary of State Michael Pompeo called it, a "live exercise", and also as the mean-spirited and self-interested Hoax that it is, criminal in intent and illegal for any national military force to engage in using "Uniformed Officers".

The entire world has suffered as a result of, again, the venal duplicity and dishonesty of the Government of Westminster, Great Britain, the proxy government they have run in the United States, the egregious negligence and Bad Faith of the Roman Curia, and the actions of commercial corporations and corporate executives also serving as "Corporate Officers" conscripted into this scheme of Corporate Feudalism.

We call for the immediate arrest and execution of Bill Gates, for his crimes against humanity and especially against the elderly and the children of the world via his vaccination programs. We call for the confiscation of his personal and corporate assets in payment for these crimes.

We similarly call for the immediate arrest and execution of George Soros, for his crimes against humanity which include fomenting insurrection on a worldwide basis, harmful subliminal programming delivered via popular music and movies and television, human trafficking, and other crimes too numerous to mention. We call for the confiscation of his personal and corporate holdings in payment for these crimes.

These evil men and the evils they promote and foist upon others for the sake of political power and love of money must be brought to an end.

We also call for the immediate dissolution and liquidation of the American Medical Association as an unlawful labor union and closed union shop. We similarly call for the immediate dissolution and liquidation of the American Bar Association and the United States Bar Association for the same cause.

And we hereby publish the end of any municipal or military conscription of or licensing of medical professionals as "Uniformed Officers" anywhere the long arm of our government extends, on our shores or in our names. This madness and destruction and betrayal of the Public Trust must be brought to a swift and decisive end --- and we, the American States and People, will not be blamed for it.

This entire heinous circumstance, the destruction that has been visited upon the world economy, upon the elderly and upon the babies and children, lies with the politicians, bankers, generals, admirals, and corporate executives who have sought their own self-interest and gross enrichment at the expense of their customers and employers.

These short-sighted criminals must be tracked down, prosecuted, and removed on a permanent basis from any position of public trust or benefit---including the benefit of being able to form corporations and enabled to seek bankruptcy protection for themselves and their enterprises. Any corporation or association or organization of any kind which promotes agendas contrary to the Public Good must be liquidated with prejudice and permanently disbanded.
