Day after day after day I get all these complaints, all these awful stories of abuse, all these claims of wrong-doing by the "federal government" and --- every day, I give everyone the tools to defend themselves from the "presumption" of "federal citizenship" that is the "enabling clause" of all these abuses and problems. 


I have given you all more than enough instruction and information to remove yourself and your name and estate from these evil legal presumptions.  These are weapons of defense -- means to protect yourself and your assets:

Record your common law copyright and standing writ of habeas corpus as part of issuing a Certificate of Assumed Name, claiming all right and interest in all the different variations of your Given Name back to the day you were born and claiming their permanent domicile on the land and soil of the state where you were born;

3. Correct the deed and title of land and homes and other property held in your name so that it is clearly identified as private non-taxable property and rename it under your own copyright-signed designation like: "111101 Pine Court (c)" instead of whatever street or lot and block or other description is being used now;

4. Order "Z" (as in Regulation Z of the Motor Vehicle Code) license plates for your car to establish that it is private property, too, and exempt from federal regulation;
5. Put "retired" labels on all passports and driver licenses,etc., clearly establishing that you are not functioning as a federal citizen now; 
6. Check into your family history, and if possible, demonstrate using public records--- births, deaths, census, marriages, etc. --- stand ready to prove who you are and where you come from;
7. Download and print a copy of  Pamphlet 27-1-161-1 "The Law of Peace" from the website we shared and have it ready to present if you are ever forced to appear in one of THEIR courts and demand that you are addressed properly as a peaceful non-combatant and non-citizen national of these actual, factual United States of America.  Invoke the standing writ of habeas corpus contained in your Certificate of Assumed Name and present the authenticated Birth Certificate for collection of the bounty on the federal PERSON; 
8. Revoke your "election to pay" federal income taxes by giving notice to the Commissioners of the IRS and the Internal Revenue Service. 
9. Make Steven T. Mnuchin, Secretary of the Treasury, responsible to you as the Fiduciary responsible for the administration of the federal PERSON--- thereby denying any such position to the local Court Clerk;

10. Post your own Private Indemnity Bond with the U.S. Treasury or take shelter under the bond established for your State of the Union.  

You need to defend yourselves and correct your own records and bring home the facts in a way that these yahoos can't ignore or side-step.

And you need to establish your claims to your own names, estates, and political status.  

There is nothing so difficult about this once you grasp the fact that what you thought of as "your" government is just a foreign contractor here to provide governmental services.  It's a foreign corporation like TARGET --- with no granted authority over you or your property, but if you don't correct the public records and rebut their false claims, they will be happy to impose their rules and their government upon you.  

Get moving.  Now.  Save yourselves and save your country!

Chances are you aren’t obligated to be considered any form of federal Municipal CITIZEN nor as a federal Territorial Citizen, but you have been entrapped in a profit-making scheme that pretends that you have knowingly and willingly agreed to act as a volunteer federal employee— specifically, as a “Withholding Agent” — a Warrant Officer in the Merchant Marine Service, and that you have purposefully and knowingly enrolled in the Social Security program which is only available to federal employees in order to receive benefits from the Public Charitable Trust (PCT) which was organized in the wake of the Civil War for welfare relief of former plantation slaves.
What? You never worked a day for the federal government? You were never told that “Social Security” is only for federal employees and dependents? You aren’t a former plantation slave? You never got any benefits?
Well, then, you have to stop calling yourself any kind of “US citizen” — because citizens all work for the government. They have a duty and obligation to obey every statute, code, and whim of the government as a result, and they are also liable to pay federal income taxes. You also have to stop voting in any “US elections” including “State of State” elections, because the States of States are just local franchises of the federal corporation(s) defined at 28 USC 3002 (15).

So, Step One — withdraw and rescind any and all applications and enrollments as a “registered voter”. You have no natural interest in the elections of a foreign corporation that you don’t work for, right?
If you don’t get a paycheck direct from the federal government and you don’t want to function as a for-free Withholding Agent and aren’t interested in any “benefits” that you pay for yourself and don’t want to be held subject to the whims of a foreign entity that is supposed to be providing you with Good Faith Service instead– then read on.
You have been mis-characterized and defrauded and you have prima facie evidence of that readily available. You think of it as your Birth Certificate, but it isn’t. It is a “certification” that a federal MUNICIPAL “PERSON” was created and named after you and that at one point in your life you were a real American. You were born on your birthday, but the MUNICIPAL PERSON has a birth date which is several days or weeks later—the filing date shown on the certificate.
Please note that the “Birth Certificate” is printed on bond paper. It is a security instrument. Please also note that it has been signed by the Registrar — an officer of the probate court. This is prima facie evidence that your earthly estate was probated when you were only a few days or weeks old and that it was seized upon by the State of ___________ or STATE OF_________ and operated for its benefit from that time on.

So, Step Two—- ditch the federal MUNICIPAL PERSON and the responsibilities and obligations associated with it.
You need to get the Birth Certificate authenticated if that is still possible in your state, or certified, if not, and then you need to endorse it and “surrender” it to the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury.
(Please note the two dots between the “U” and the “S”—– the U.S. Treasury.) and make Steven T. Mnuchin the Fiduciary responsible for IT.
The endorsement is simple but exact. The authenticated or certified Birth Certificate that the birth State Secretary of State sends back to you will have a cover page riveted or hard stapled and firmly attached to the front of the BC. You leave that cover page attached and on the front of the BC itself in the upper left hand corner and in red ink you write: “Accepted by Drawee” and sign it by: Your Upper Lower Case Signature, and date it.
Then turn the BC over and on the back anywhere write: Pay to the Order of the United States of America, U.S. Treasury. Without Recourse. And again, write— by: Your Upper and Lower Case Signature, and date it. LINK: Requesting Authentication Services

Next comes the Form 56, which is the IRS Form called “Notice of Fiduciary Relationship”. 
This is your Notice to Mr. Mnuchin that you are making him and his office responsible for the PERSON named after you.
The Form 56 is very simple — the name of the PERSON is the NAME on the BC which you are returning to the Treasury.
The name of the Fiduciary is Steven T. Mnuchin, Secretary of the Treasury.
You can look up the address online. I believe it is 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20220.
Section A (f) — “Other” — Public Commercial Trust Administration
Section B(4) — Check (a) (b) and (h) “Other” and just say, “All forms that may be necessary”.
On the back, Part II, 7 (C) “Other” — Surrender of federal “PERSON” to U.S. Treasury
On the back, Part III “Court and Administrative Proceedings” — enter the name and address of the agency issuing the BC. The “date proceeding initiated” will be the File Date which is never your birthday, but a few days or weeks later. The “docket number” will be the State File Number on the BC. The time will be the time you were actually born, and the place of “other” proceedings will be “usa”.

On the back, Part IV, “Signature” —- you write the word “by” like a by-line to a newspaper story—- by: Your Name (Upper and Lower Case), Authorized Representative, and the date.
Underneath the Signature is a blank space. It is appropriate to say that you wish to be indemnified against claims or losses under the sovereign usa Private Registered Indemnity Bond AMRI00001 RA393427640US.
This is basically a bond posted in behalf of all the actual states of the Union and all the people living in those states insuring them against any further claims related to the MUNICIPAL PERSON(S) they have surrendered back to Mr. Mnuchin.
And that is that. You have now surrendered the MUNICIPAL “CITIZEN” back whence it came and you have insured yourself against any further claims or losses or charges brought against that PERSON.
Along with the Form 56 you should include a brief letter stating that it is your instruction to operate exclusively under 100% commercial liability and without benefit of any limited liability or other benefit of the Public Charitable Trust (PCT).
You are going to send this package of documents via Registered Mail to the Treasury.
Each red and white Registered Mail label (available with instructions at all Post Offices) is unique and has an alpha-numeric identifier to track it. This includes a nine-digit number that is compatible with the federal system. As part of your assignment letter, instruct Mr. Mnuchin to open a Treasury Direct Account with that number and to please inform you when it is open for business. Also ask him to settle all debts and charges related to YOUR NAME and deposit the remainder and all other credits owed into the new Treasury Direct Account.
Thank him for his time and attention.
Well, that was a Royal Pain and you shouldn’t have ever been entrapped and obligated by your employees in the first place, but now you have taken action to sever the presumption that you are volunteering to act as a federal MUNICIPAL CITIZEN, and nobody can say otherwise.
From now on, “IT” is Mr. Mnuchin’s problem and you are indemnified against any further claims or complaints related to “IT”.

Step 3…. Notify both the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service at Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, P.O. Box 480, Holtsville, New York, 11742-0480 and the Internal Revenue Office of the Commissioner, Room 3000, 1111 Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20204-0002, that you have retired from all presumed federal service and you are revoking your election to pay federal income taxes effective October 1 of 2016.
Send these Notices via Registered Mail, too. Save a copy and the mailing receipts and the Green Card Return Receipt Requested for your Eternally Done and Over File.
No more Voter Registration, no more obligation to file Federal Income Taxes and no Municipal United States PERSON for the US DISTRICT COURT — that is, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION DISTRICT COURT to address.
That much is done and over.

But there’s more.
You also have to rebut and return the allegation of Territorial United States Citizenship. You do this by recording an Act of Expatriation.
This is as simple as saying that your allegiance is to the soil of your native birth state, say, Louisiana, and that you act only as a private American state trading vessel and birthright member of the unincorporated private trade association doing business as The United States of America.
Now, no matter what kind of word-smithing and duplicitous redefining of terms that goes on forever afterward, no incorporated entity or franchise of any incorporated entity can claim that you are operating as a Foreign Situs Trust belonging to them or abandoned for their benefit—- which was FDR’s fraudulent claim against Americans in 1933.

You have declared that at home you are living on the land and at sea your Name is an American vessel engaged in international trade— not subject to federal regulation of commerce and owed all the protections of the actual Constitution and treaties backing it.
So now they have no grounds to “presume” that you are a Territorial United States Citizen, either.

Finally, the rats have created “International Organizations” and run them “in your name”. You need to seize upon these organizations and file liens against them.
You do this using a UCC-1 Financing Statement Form. The organizations doing business as your FIRST MIDDLE LAST and FIRST M.I. LAST are the DEBTORS and your non-Territorial Lawful Trade Name (aka Christian Name– First Middle Last) is the Secured Party. This is not a Notice of your interest, because you have already given plenty of public notice. You can lien these organizations directly by checking the “Non-UCC” claim in Box 6.
When filling out the UCC-1 Form be sure to write the names in the proper style. Everything related to the DEBTORS including USA should be in all capital letters. Everything related to the Secured Party should be Upper and Lower Case, except that for the Secured Party it should be “usa” — the actual organic states.
And now, finally, you have provided your employees with a fistful of paperwork refuting all their lies and presumptions about you. They can no longer presume anything about your political status, except that it is private and that you are operating lawfully and without any obligation to them or their organization. Quite the opposite— they are in fact your employees and obligated to you.

Your final stop should be the State Secretary of State’s Office to present him with another copy of “your” authenticated/certified BC.
I want you to stare that man or woman right in the eye and say: “This is prima facie evidence of a Public Trust…..”
If necessary, continue on—– “and also prima facie evidence of intent to defraud.”
“I have reclaimed my birthright political status and I want the proper passport I am owed. If you aren’t authorized to issue it, get on the phone and find out who is.”
If they attempt to drag you into one of their courts ask them where they will find the authority to address you? And where will they find a jury of your peers?
The Great Fraud is over.
The international trustees responsible for this Mess know that it is. You know that it is. It is just a matter of time before the whole world wakes up and goes—- WT…..?

The Birth Certificate Discussion - Part 1

The Birth Certificate -- The Evidence of the Crime Against Your Life
I have been asked to summarize this issue many times, so here it is in the proverbial nutshell.
The problem is that privately owned for-profit corporations under contract to provide government services have misrepresented themselves as the government and used that presumed position of public trust to defraud us, enslave us, and levy false claims against us and our assets in the foreign jurisdiction of international commerce.
The misuse and abuse of "birth certificates" and their misrepresentation as "voluntary private
contracts" has led to the literal enslavement of hundreds of millions of people worldwide almost a hundred years after slavery was universally outlawed. These issues of economic slavery and "slavery via corporate proxy" must be addressed and the mechanisms used to promote this abuse must be dismantled.
The registration of live births in America and throughout the former British Empire, most of Europe,
and Japan is used not to simply record the birth of babies, but to name commercial "vessels" after those babies. These proxy entities may be variously constructed as estate trusts, foreign situs trusts,
or even public transmitting utilities---- the creators of these incorporated entities named after living children then operate these corporations and accrue debts that they false charge against the living people using the deceitfully similar name as a means to defraud the victims. This is a bunko crime known as "personage"---knowingly "mistaking on purpose" a living man for a corporation using the same or similar name--- for example, mistaking a man named "James Clarence Penny" for the retail department store doing business as "JC PENNY".
The corollary crime routinely practiced by attorneys and barristers is known as "barratry"---knowingly bringing charges against this corporate proxies "as if" they were the same as the living people they are named after, and addressing those same people as defendants in civil and criminal actions. This is the
tip of the iceberg of the harm that is routinely done to living people via the misuse of incorporated proxy entities merely named after them. It is a venal institutionalized fraud scheme that must be recognized for what it is and attacked by every peaceful and determined means possible.
When my son was born I was presented with the paperwork that all new Mothers are coerced to sign.
When I refused I was bluntly told by two menacing interns and a Catholic Nun that I either signed or my son would be kept in State custody and I would not be allowed to take him home. Please bear in mind that I was a successful 40 year old married career woman with no criminal record, no addiction problems, no history of mental illness. There was and is no possible excuse for the way I and millions of other American women are treated and the extortion used to secure an inequitable, involuntary, and unconscionable "public" commercial interest in our babies as a chattel properties being bonded and used as collateral to finance the "public debt" of these private governmental services corporations pretending to be the American government.
Those responsible were and are criminals engaged in press-ganging land assets into the international jurisdiction of the sea, inland piracy, enslavement, human trafficking, unlawful conversion, extortion, racketeering, armed robbery, kidnapping, commercial fraud, and conspiracy against The Constitution for the United States of America. Every single person involved in this needs to be charged and arrested and thrown in jail without further delay, but the police are employed by the same privately owned and operated corporations that are benefitting themselves from these gross abuses.
That is, the police forces that we depend upon to enforce the Public Law are operating instead as private commercial mercenaries, not as public peacekeeping officers at all. The foxes are indeed guarding the hen houses of America, a circumstance that again requires awareness and action by the body politic to resolve.
As I have explained, the organizations we are dealing with are governmental services corporations----not our lawful government. They are merely claiming to "represent" our government in the absence of our actual government, which is owed to us, and which must be provided by us. This addresses the heart of what "self-government" means.
Every living American has more civil authority on the land jurisdiction of the Continental United States than the entire Federal United States government. It's time that we exercised that inherent power and put an end to this gross criminality, fraud, and usurpation by our "public servants". Let's get this straight---- some schmucks pretending to "represent" you, had you
declared legally dead, seized your estate, pretended to be the beneficiaries of your
estate, and sold it all on the stock (as in "cattle") market to benefit themselves----
and you think that is okay???
I have people running around like Henny Penny saying, "Your Birth Certificate is
worth millions! Your Birth Certificate is worth millions!"
Millions of what? (1) Digits on a ledger that someone jotted down; (2) IOU's printed
on pieces of paper the same schmucks responsible for this whole scam created by
pledging you, your land, your home, your business, even your children as chattel
backing their debts?
Worth millions to who? To investors who think that they are buying an interest in
you, your body, your labor, your home, your business, your land, and your share of
the Grand Canyon---not to you. You and everything that you naturally possess
including your children are the object being offered for sale, the slave, the property,
the asset backing all those millions of IOUs.
What happens when you "access" all that "credit" that is generated on the value of
your labor and everything else you possess? You "voluntarily" sell yourself and your
country and your children. You give up your claim to your independence, your
children, your home, your land, and everything else that has been put at risk by
these criminals who have stood in the middle, bilking you on one side and bilking the
rest of the world on the other.
By all rights, the Americans should come at them from one side and the Chinese
should come at them from the other, and the entire rest of the world should applaud!
Now think of it another way--- right now there are 390 million Americans who have a
stake in America. You decide you want someone else to pay your light bill so you
hop on the band wagon and "cash out" your Birth Certificate instead of rounding up
the bankers responsible for this situation and forcing them to pay you the principal and interest they already owe you---and by so doing, you sell yourself and your
children and your country down the sewer.
You AGREE to their claim that you are a slave, and that everything you possess is
theirs, and subject to their disposal in "equitable exchange" for some pieces of paper
and digits they created out of thin air based on the value of your own actual assets.
Well, then, the foreign investors get to own your house and your business and
everything else and the bankers get fabulously rich and you and your kids get to lose
everything and be slaves and pay off all those IOUs they floated "for you" and in
your name.
As the Americans drop from the vine one after another, there are fewer and fewer
people who actually own a "piece of the pie". From 390 million Americans you go to
300 million to 200 million to 100 million to 50 million to 20 million to 2 million to
200,000 to..... and pretty soon there's just a handful of Americans left who have a
claim to own the whole country.
And they can be killed off, right? So the bankers inherit the Earth by swindling
everyone else? And we all go along with this?
I don't think so.
If you have a brain in your head, you won't "cash out" your Birth Certificate or
tolerate this bull at all. You will remove the "strawman" they created "for" you back
to terra firma--- the land of "his" birth, and you will kick these international bankers
and politicians in the shorts so hard they will be seeing stars instead of profits for the
next hundred years.
You will bring suit against the British Crown for malicious fraud tort and copyright
infringement and war crimes against peaceful non-combatants. You will wake the
Hell up and seize back your identity and start making these cretins in Congress
answer the bell.

A Note About Money and Foreclosures --

Money, by definition, has to have value in and of itself.  It is a substitute for other things of value.
 An ounce of silver for a loaf of bread, a peck of apples, and ten pounds of flour reflects the “exchange rate” and this exchange rate constantly fluctuates even on a local level.In a boom town with a dozen silver mines, the local exchange rate might be five ounces of silver for a loaf of bread, six apples, and forget about the flour.
Simple enough. In such a system there are one or two or three “standard commodities” that can be exchanged for all the other commodities that people need.  Many of us grew up in a world where the standard commodities were silver and nickel and copper, either in the form of actual coins, or in the form of pieces of paper called “Silver Certificates” that had to be backed with an actual clump of silver on deposit.

The problem with commodity based money is that the moment you choose a commodity to serve as a standard, the market for that commodity goes completely crazy.  Speculators rush in and buy up  whatever the “money” commodity is, so that supplies of it become very scarce.
.
As a result, workers toil long hours for a piddly little bit of silver or gold or oil or whatever, and the politicians suffer endless carping and griping from their constituents about how hard everything is, and people get a totally skewed idea of what is valuable and what is not, believing that gold and silver (for example) are incredibly precious, based simply on the fact that there isn’t enough of the “money commodity” in circulation.

To overcome that basic flaw people have tried from time to time to use “legal tender”—that is, “commercial paper” or “fiat money” as money instead.  That’s what we’ve been doing whether you know it or not or like it or not since the 1970’s.
.
In the current fiat systems, your signature is your bond.  Literally.  Every time you sign anything— and I do mean ANYTHING— you promise to pay it.  You don’t pay it with anything of value, you just promise to pay it and that is accepted at face value. The receipts in this system are Promissory Notes and it is inevitable (especially when people don’t know what they are doing in the first place) that these will be collected and used as collateral backing other debts.

I promise to pay you and you then promise of pay George based on my promise to pay you and then George promises to pay Dick based on your promise to pay him and around and around it goes.
.
Nobody actually ever pays anything until some skeptic in the back of the room raises his hand and says……hey, wait a minute……I supposedly got this “home loan” and supposedly received $225,000.00 but nobody ever actually counted the money into my hand.  All I got was a check, which is just a transfer of credit already on deposit….but where did that deposit come from?  The bank can’t loan any of its own funds and can’t loan the funds of any of its depositors by law, so……?

And that is what is happening now.
.
Millions of Americans are waking up and realizing that the banks conned them— pretended to give people “home loans” when in fact the Borrower gave the banks the loan: the only thing of value in the whole transaction was the Borrower’s signature.  That’s what the banks deposited and used to fund the check back to the Borrower.
.
That’s how this crazy system works.  It’s all one ticket, but you, the “Maker and Issuer” of all this largess, are never told a word.  If you were told, you would cut out the middlemen and all their “services”.  You would simply act as your own banker, go to the United States Treasury window, and draw out however much credit you needed in whatever form you needed it and owe nothing.

With all these things—commodity money or fiat script— we are missing the point. None of it has any actual, verifiable, solid, dependable value.  Does it matter how much gold you have, if you are starving and there is no food to be bought at any price?  Can a piece of paper—any piece of paper — have actual value?

Currency– whether it is commodity-based or fiat script— is a tool just like a shovel or a rake or an ax.  So you borrow a shovel, a rake, and an ax and you use those tools to build a house.
.
What happens if you bend the shovel, lose two tines off the rake, and break the ax handle in the process?  No big deal. Just go buy a new shovel, a new rake, print up some more paper chits.
.
The actual value is you and your energy— your labor, your skill as a builder, your vision, and the natural resources (which all belong to you, too, at the end of the day)—and the desirable and actual end result of your labor, the house.
Not content with having conned you into giving the bank a “negotiable instrument” worth $225,000.00 for free, while pretending to give you a “home loan” in an exactly equal amount, the bank wants your house on top of it.

So they do and omit doing a number of things.

You sign a “Promissory Note” which is a Bearer Bond.  Whoever has that Promissory Note can cash it in, in your name.  So that’s what the bank does.  That’s how they get the funds to loan to you in the first place.

I have seen thousands of Promissory Notes by now and every single one of them has been endorsed and “cashed” by a bank, just like a check, and the endorsements all carry the same little phrase: “without recourse”.
.
That means that your Promissory Note has been cashed without recourse, just like a cancelled check.  It lets you off the hook and “impairs” any underlying claim against you or your collateral, but then, a funny thing happens.
.
Having cashed out your Promissory Note without recourse, the bank doesn’t return your Promissory Note to you.
.
Instead, these criminals sell your cancelled Promissory Note to investors who then try to trick you into continuing to pay a debt you no longer owe.
.
This is what is going on when a “new mortgage servicing company” contacts you and tells you where to continue sending your mortgage payments. They want you to “assume” the debt (as in “assume that you still owe it”)  and act as an “accommodation party”—- agreeing to continue paying off a debt that has already been paid.
.
What would you do if someone offered you a cancelled check?  You’d say, ah, wait a moment, that check has already been paid.  And that is what you would do if you were ever allowed to see the cancelled Promissory Note, too, but of course, the criminals involved in these acts of fraud and deceit never allow that.  You don’t know that your Promissory Note has been cashed out—after all, you are never told, and the Promissory Note is never returned to you.

So you naturally believe that you still owe the debt and you continue to pay it — “voluntarily” donating all those mortgage payments to whatever crime syndicate is holding your cancelled Promissory Note.

The bank has also unlawfully converted your “mortgage application” and the mortgage contract into “negotiable instruments” bearing your signature.  You will note that nobody representing the bank ever signs any of this paperwork. The only signatures appearing are yours.

The first thing the bank does beyond stealing your Promissory Note under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure is to create a conduit loan— not a home loan—between you and unknown investors, usually money markets or institutional investors, and then they place you in default by never transferring “your” mortgage into a REMIC.

This omission on their part means that “you” are always in default from the moment the paperwork is signed no matter what you do or how much you pay or how timely you are about paying.  It also means that not only are they NOT providing you with a “home loan”, they are cheating the institutional investors, too.

The banks are playing both ends against the middle. They are bilking you and they are bilking the investors and they are getting away with this because the politicians are both stupid and corrupt in almost equal measures.

Even though you unknowingly provided the signatures giving rise to all this graft and criminal activity by the banks, the party presumed to be involved in this matter is a STATE OF__________franchise operated in your NAME out of Puerto Rico.

On top of everything else, when you take out a “home loan” you are legally presumed by the banks to be acting as an agent for a foreign grantor trust — a Cestui Que Vie estate trust— operated in the name of a civilly dead man who just happens to have the same name as you—-and his trust is presumed to be the actual owner of the property you are paying the mortgage on.

This is why the name of a Puerto Rican ESTATE trust always appears as the NAME of the DEFENDANT in foreclosure cases.  And this is why— even if and after you pay off “your” mortgage—you never actually own your property and it is never considered your private property at all.  It always owned and managed by the STATE OF___________ in behalf of one of its franchises.

You and your signature are just the vehicle, the siphon, used by these vampires to suck you and the investors dry and you don’t even get to enjoy and control your own ESTATE trust. A Clerk of Court appointed by the STATE OF__________ does that.

Of course, the STATE OF_____________ wants its franchises’ mortgages paid for free, and if you aren’t going to do it, well, they will just sell the house your built and the land you worked for right out from under you and appoint the Clerk of Court to take over your unpaid job as agent for the ESTATE they run in  YOUR NAME.

We’ve been sold down the river by corrupt politicians and “governmental services corporations”  run by banks.  The bankers have had a real field day at our expense.  They have stolen us blind, enslaved us for their profit, and used the members of the American Bar Association to put an “appearance” of justice on it, like honey glaze on a pile of dog dung.

So it is time for the American Bar Association to be put out of business—permanently.  And it is time for these banks to be shut down—permanently.  It is time for every member of Congress, every judge, every “State” Legislator, every “County Commissioner”, every “Regulator”, every postmaster, every officer of the Armed Services, and every Sheriff and Police Officer, every banker and every lawyer to get the word:

 —“Hey, Felix, did you know that you are involved in a crime syndicate?  Did you know that a national identity theft has occurred?  Did you know that all the mortgages in America have already been paid off, but these crooks are continuing to bill the people for non-existent debts and to take them to phony corporate courts and steal their private property and bilk investors on the stock market? Did you know that they are using private commercial mercenaries paid for with our taxes to steal us blind?  Did you know that they are acting under Color of Law to do all this to you, your friends, and your neighbors?”

Oh, and did you know—-that you, Felix Leroy Punktmuller, are receiving your paycheck from me and that you are responsible for cleaning these rat’s nests out of our courthouses and shutting down their operations?

This isn’t a matter of politics.  This is crime and conflict of interest, pure and simple, committed against the people of every state in Union, black and white, rich and poor, Asian, Hispanic, Native American, Irish, German, Polish, Ohioan, Californian, doesn’t matter.  We are all in it together and we all have an interest— a vital interest— in putting an end to this crime spree.

Note From Anna:  The Birth Certificate gives you the only proof that you were born on the land of the United States at the same time it takes away your birthright status. In order to overcome this, you have to record the official and “authenticated” birth certificate with the land recorder’s office, then RETURN IT to the Registrar of the “Federal County” that issued it and demand that the trust(s) be collapsed and closed.
