 By Anna Von Reitz It is now confirmed by the Patent Office, Government Contracts, and Congressional records that the Department of Defense and the unelected National Security Council have, with malice aforethought, knowingly conducted a campaign of genocide within The United States and abroad. The motive for this appears to be nothing more than financial profit. The US Congress exempted themselves and their families and their Staff members and their families from all the mandates and demands they made upon their Employers, the American people. They also exempted CDC Employees and pharmaceutical company officers and employees complicit in the scheme. They did this knowing that the seven year survival rate is 1 in 40,000 for mRNA "therapy" recipients, and they evaded all normal security and safety protocols to do it, using pre-arranged loopholes that prior Congresses provided. What they have done amounts to infecting everyone who took the shots with a form of AIDS. The victims die from a myriad of opportunistic diseases as their immune systems break down. They are calling the results "Adult Sudden Death Syndrome" as if they don't know the cause of the 7,500 "Excess Deaths" per day that our nation is suffering. We have already endured the equivalent loss of fifty Vietnams. Two-thirds of our population will be dead and gone within seven years, young, old, rich and poor, black and white, liberal and conservative. They think that as members of "a" Congress they are immune from prosecution, but that is not true. They are operating foreign governmental services corporations for profit and are reduced to the same status as any other officers of a commercial corporation. They have no state immunity and cannot offer any immunity to others. This circumstance and the facts attendant mean that anyone who is complicit in this scheme is subject to immediate arrest and trial before a military tribunal or American Common Law Court. These are capital crimes on land and sea. This Warning Notice is being sent out to all public employees and licensees to apprise them of the situation and allow them to quit their jobs, and to tear up their Bar Cards and Professional Licenses. All professionals are advised to exit into private practice. District and Municipal Assemblies and School Boards, County Commissions, and any other quasi-governmental groups are advised to disband and cease operations until such time as these matters are fully addressed by the American people. The DNC and RNC Political Parties are also advised to shut down and clear out. Legal and commercial action is being taken that will result in severe punishment of the offenders at all levels, however, with over 160,000,000 victims of this insanity now being among the Walking Dead, there will be violence and the Washington, DC, metro area is no longer a safe place to be or to live. It is no longer safe for the United Nations to meet in or maintain offices in New York City. Anyone who can get out of Metropolitan California is advised to do so. Our people have suffered the final abuse at the hands of their own employees; we can safely assume that the bereaved parents and grandparents will take a large portion of those responsible down, one way or another, before they leave this Earth. Members of the newly elected Territorial Congress are advised to conduct all and any business via teleconference and to entertain no actions that are not in strict compliance with the Constitution of 1860. They are also advised to regain control of the Department of Defense/DOD operations by any means possible, including complete severance, court martials of the officers responsible, and auditing. This is not a political matter or action. This is a criminal matter of genocide against peaceful civilian populations by foreign commercial corporations under the influence of undeclared foreign powers. These so-called service corporations have impersonated the victims, stolen their identities, hacked their credit, and now, have contrived to murder two-thirds of their victims, who are also their Priority Creditors. These criminals do not deserve to live among the decent law-abiding people of the world and you do not want to be voluntarily associated with them in any way.  Every time you incorporate anything you take it off the land and out from under the Law of the Land --including the Constitution-- and place it in the international jurisdiction of the sea and under the Law of the Sea.
The perpetrators responsible for the mess this country is in incorporated the federal governmental services corporation doing business as The United States of America (Inc.) in 1868 and began using it as a false front for racketeering. By 1965 all the unincorporated State governments had been seduced by bribery and promises of “federal revenue sharing” --- that is, kickbacks from federal corporate racketeering---to incorporate as federal municipal franchises. The counties then followed suit to get their share of the loot. This is why when you are “presumed” to “reside” in these counties and States you can’t access the Law of the Land, can’t access the protections and guarantees of the Constitution, and can’t access the Common Law. This is also why Common Law disappeared from the courts and the reason that the Constitution and the other Organic Laws are not being enforced. Once the main governmental services corporation was set up and all their “State” and “County” franchises were established, everyone whose job it was to enforce the Organic and Public Laws of this country were “re-tasked” like flipping a switch to enforce the private statutory law and Public Policies of the corporations responsible for this travesty instead. This doesn’t mean that our Organic Law including our Constitution disappeared, nor our Public Law embodied by the United States Statutes-at-Large, either--- it just means that all the people you hired and paid and relied upon to uphold and enforce the actual law of this country were instead commandeered to do the petty bidding of corporate managers and kept busy enforcing private corporate statutes and codes and regulations instead. Instead of representing you and your best interests, all the people you elected for that purpose were tasked to benefit and act in the best interests of the governmental services corporation and all its “State” and “County” franchises instead. This is why government has just continued to get richer and more powerful and more out of control while you have been harassed and defrauded and this entire country has been run as a den of thieves for a hundred years. This change of government from national to international status changes your “presumed” political status from that of one of the “free, sovereign and independent people” to that of a “person”--- an incorporated entity and vessel in commerce. FDR created millions of Foreign Situs Trusts merely named after living Americans and named these incorporated “persons” as sureties for the debts of the bankrupt United States of America, Inc.. Your name was thus “enfranchised” – like a Dairy Queen franchise – presumed to belong as an asset to a bankrupt parent corporation and also presumed to be standing good for its debts. This “public trust” was named after you using the same name you were taught to use in school and which appears on all your various records, so that there was no way to distinguish between the “public trust person” and the “private natural person”. It was then easy for the criminals to address bills actually owed by the “public trust” they named after you-- to you, and force you to pay those bills “as if” they were your bills. It’s an odd combination of identity theft, credit fraud, mail fraud, and constructive fraud practiced on an unimaginably large and institutionalized scale. ( Editor's Note: AKA Your Straw Man ) After that, the International Monetary Fund took over the governmental services contract and began operating the UNITED STATES (INC.) and its STATE OF WYOMING and similar municipal franchises. They, too, set up “individual franchises” named after you. These were set up as Cestui Que Vie Trusts operated under your given name styled in ALL CAPS like this: SUSAN MARIE JEFFORDS. All these trusts were “born” on the land, but then “removed” to Puerto Rico--- as if you were a snowbird who moved there for fun. This brought this “PUBLIC TRUST” under the foreign Territorial Law of Puerto Rico. The monsters were thus enabled to send bills to “Susan Marie Jeffords” and to “SUSAN MARIE JEFFORDS” and poor old Sue back home kept paying them, faithfully, or she got thrown into court and harassed and fined and sentenced to jail time for failure to do so. They were also able to invoke administrative law by pretending that the victim was one of their franchise owners, or Territorial Law by pretending that the victim was living in Puerto Rico. Just this past March the UNITED STATES (INC.) went insolvent, and right on time, Barack Hussein Obama announced that a whole new tribe of public franchises named after living Americans was to be created. This time, they named Puerto Rican public transmitting utilities after you, resulting in names that are still styled in ALL CAPS, but only using middle initials, like this: SUSAN M. JEFFORDS. This is what is known as a “non-specific name”--- because nobody knows what the “M” stands for and therefore, nobody can know for sure who is being addressed. Is it Susan Marie Jeffords? Susan Marylynn Jeffords? Susan Margaret Jeffords? Meanwhile the innocent victim of all this corporate legal chicanery labors on, paying every bill that comes in the mail. And the vicious racketeers responsible for this keep churning out more “laws” for her to obey and racking up more and more debt against her credit and her assets. Now that you all have a bird’s-eye view of how this has been accomplished and you are rightfully ready to take action in your own behalf, there are a number of things you can do. First and foremost you can share this information with all the people responsible for this circumstance---- the members of “Congress”, the “State” legislators, the “County” and “Borough” officials, the local “City Council” and “Assembly” members, the members of the Bar Associations, the local and state and federal police, the FBI, the DHS, and military--- everyone who is at fault for letting this happen in the first place and for continuing to perpetuate it. This is NOT the government you are OWED and which you PAID for. Now that you know what happened, how it was done, and who is at fault, it is up to you and your friends and neighbors---including every honest man or woman involved at any level of the present “government”--- to correct it. Let’s all note that once this circumstance is fully understood by enough Americans, nobody will want to be associated in any way with the criminality and ugliness of the past and its swindles. It will no longer be fashionable in the Beltway to refer to us as “livestock”. So, second, your next task is to reorganize things for your benefit. Send the U.S. Secretary of State and the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury a Registered Letter autographed and thumb-printed by you informing both of them that you are expatriating to your birthright political status and require them to discharge any liens, mortgages, titles held under color of law, or other outstanding debts being held or accrued under your given name. Also ask them to unblock your accounts, deliver an account statement, correct their records, and provide an appropriate and truthful international passport for your use. ( Editor's Notes ): This is achieved by Correcting Your Political Status and Coming Home to the Land and Soil Jurisdiction, your Natural Birthright as an Organic Living Man / Woman American, separating you from the Illegal Fictions created in your name without your knowledge or consent. Third, get busy reorganizing your local county government as an unincorporated Body Politic on the land. Your first step is to Join The American States Assemblies in your area, call public meetings, explain the problem, hold elections, fill the vacant public offices, and begin enforcing the Organic and Public Laws of this country again. At a minimum you will want to elect a county land recorder, public notaries, justices of the peace, judges at Common Law, court clerk, bailiff, coroner, and most important, the County Sheriff on the Land. Once elected and properly installed in his rightful Public Office, the Sheriff is enabled to deputize as many able-bodied men as needed to ensure enforcement. Just as you can’t force the rats to immediately dissolve their incorporated “States” and “Counties”, they can’t deny or impede your right to exercise the jurisdiction of the land and the Public Offices you are owed. The County Sheriffs operating the land jurisdiction can now begin enforcement of the actual Law and the County Courts can inform the U.S. District Courts that American Common Law Courts are up and running in the Federal Postal Districts and their “services” are no longer needed per Milligan Ex Parte. Fourth, now that you have declared your proper political status and have your county governments back up and running as unincorporated associations of free people, you are in position to gather the counties and sponsor state elections and fill the vacant state offices, too. Fifth, you are now in a position to select trustworthy Deputies (accountable Fiduciary Officers, not “Representatives”) to represent your unincorporated States of America at a true Continental Congress (not a “United States Congress” which is supposed to deal only with international affairs related to providing nineteen enumerated services) and take care of long overdue business—such as officially recognizing and enrolling the western states of the Union and settling their land assets in their possession. This hasn’t been done because although they are owed the state compacts and are treated “as” states, no actual Congress having the power to enroll these new states has been seated since 1860. Their land assets have remained in limbo, as public trust property controlled by the UNITED STATES and federal STATES. All this may seem overwhelming at first, but consider this--- you are the heirs of the Republic. It has come down to you the same way you might inherit a house. It’s yours now. You are the ones responsible for fixing it up, remodeling it, defining it, building it, and making it fit to live in again. You don’t have to worry about violating archaic laws or agonize over what is passed and gone. Our American Federal Subcontractor, known as the States of America, or more popularly, The Federal Republic, was also left inoperable. It has stood vacant since 1860. So our British Would-be Overlords hit upon The Plan to ditch their own bankrupt governmental services corporation, offload their debts on the American people (again) and substitute their organization for our Federal Republic. Just wiggle into position and pretend to be us --- steal our identity, and skate on. This Plan was well on its way to being implemented, with nobody the wiser, least of all the rank and file officers and enlisted, or the American General Public, but, there's a fly in the ointment, a kink in the hose, and an international objection in the air. We, those who adopt and accept and uphold our political status as plain old American people, have been usurped and imposed upon by our Employees one too many times. And our civilian government is in Session in all fifty States as it has been for the last three years. Meantime, both the US, INC and the USA, Inc., or what has filled those British Crown and Municipal Service shoes since the last round of bogus planned bankruptcies, have again gone bankrupt in hopes of off-loading their debts on the clueless, helpless "franchises". Purportedly, we are all magically transformed into franchises like Dairy Queen franchises as a result of undisclosed adhesion contracts foisted off on our Mothers when we were babies in our cradles and Voter Registrations. Goes to show you just how low the Brits and their Holy Roman Empire collaborators will stoop. What they could never win by force of arms they have contrived to win by guile. And, how could we object, when neither we nor our Mother or Father were told a word about these cozy arrangements? We have been defrauded. Our identity has been stolen. And these cretins who owe us "Good faith and service" have twisted things around to misrepresent us as their indentured servants and/or slaves. They hoodwinked all of you even worse than the rest of us. They gave you the idea that you were signing up to be part of an "honorable soldiery" to protect and defend your country, but instead, you were signing up to be ultra-cheap commercial mercenaries instead. Did you all know that PFCs and beginning Airmen and Privates in the Army haven't had a raise in pay since the 1970's? Fifty years without a pay raise? Do you know that you've been used as lab rats and farmed out to foreign dictators and even drug cartels? Hmm? Join Pope Benedict who famously said, "Nobody told me!" The Rest of Us are telling you now. Listen up. That contract you signed obligating you to "serve" isn't worth the paper it's written on for lack of full disclosure and it is certainly not a license to kill. The foreign "governmental services corporation" you are working for doesn't have a contract with us, the actual American Government. Oh, yes, the Principals are still obligated to provide service under the provisions of the Constitutions (all three of them) but your specific corporation doesn't have a contract and can't act as a Successor because: (1) it chose to go bankrupt and break the chain of succession it had established the last go around, and (2) the civilian government of this country has objected to any assumption of Successorship. We are sick and tired of all this criminality and fraud and "secrecy" and abuse of ourselves and our goodwill and our property assets by organizations and people who owe their Employers and Benefactors "good faith and service". The only reason there is any secrecy involved is that those promoting this continuing behavior are making money off of it, at everyone else's expense. Yours, too. So the bad news is, you are acting in an illegal capacity as a cheap hired commercial mercenary and used as a lab rat. The good news is that the contract you autographed obligating you to do this is worthless. And the Rest of Us have caught up to the Shinola Pushers known as Bar Attorneys and Politicians at last. I've been told that your Generals and Admirals are all standing around letting the criminals run rampant, waiting for Mr. Trump to "act" --- just like Lincoln "acted as" Commander-in-Chief, but he's in a sticky-wicket, too, as the CEO of yet another British Crown Corporation in the business of providing governmental services --- without a contact to do so --- he has no firm authority or foundation allowing him to proceed. And he certainly can't sneak into the vacant American Federal Republic at the head of a British Crown Corporation and pretend that "a" Federal Republic is the same as "The" Federal Republic, can he? Not with several million Americans watching. No, you will wait a long time for Mr. Trump to act on that opportunity. Now what? You can do what we, the civilian government, told you to do two and a half years ago. You can come home and bring all five branches of the American Armed Forces with you. It's just a name change and a new piece of paper away, but until your leaders wake up and stop listening to British Admiralty Attorneys as their font of wisdom, your lives and our country will continue to go to ruin in front of your faces. Mr. Trump needs to negotiate a contract for you to act as the American Armed Forces. He signs. We autograph. The deal is done. You're back in the saddle, redefined as an honorable soldiery for the first time in a 157 years, fully funded, and agreeably assigned to rid us of the vermin infestation that has plagued our country for a century and a half. The rotten middle men at SERCO are seizing our money to pay you, and misdirecting you to abuse us--- the people you are supposed to serve and protect.
